Have not received the product, but the exchange rate and shipping cost will likely deter me from making another purchase.

Purchased a salute to service Nike hoodie. It arrived clearly not a Nike product. Even though they ironed on a Nike logo. Iron on decals ripped and melted all over. No tags. After fighting with thier customer service since November they refused to send a return label even though thier website says they will pay for shipping if product is damaged. They agreed to a 50% refund with no return, then stopped responding to emails. No refund received, product is trash

I ordered a coat for my wife but Danezon stated the coat was out stock a month later.
I requested my refund back immediately via email correspondence. I still haven't received my refund & the coat was ordered in March 6,2022. Danezon keep giving me excuses about experiencing technical issues. How long does technical issues last for a company. Please do not order anything from this company.

I Previously Ordered a Trench Coat from here and when I got the Final look Before shipment...The Quality if the Coat wasn't what I was expecting. Looked like Someone from High School Hone Economics put it together. I requested an IMMEDIATE refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on this Site!

I've made a handful of purchases from Lightinthebox and I must say, I've been mostly impressed. If you are looking for clothing and products that are unique and stylish that won't break the bank, you've come to the right place. You won't find better deals for quality products. You'll score even bigger if you happen to catch one of their "lightning deals". There are times where the product picture doesn't fully match the product and sometimes the shipping can take a bit long. However, the customer service is very responsive and fair! Overall, I recommend shopping here.

Total scam of a merchant, product was months late, and most importantly, it was NOTHING LIKE the photo they listed. Total scam, and now they won't answer email to return product. Buyers beware- you are wasting your money!

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! If I could give this company negative starts, I would! First of all, they assure me my order would be done before Halloween (I ordered on the 5th of October) Next they swindled me in to paying more to get the customer coat fully lined with fur. When I emailed the week before Halloween inquiring about they again assured me that they would have my coat ready in time. Then 2 days before Halloween they cancelled the order and said it wasn't going to be ready before Halloween. They proceeded to only PARTIALLY refund my order- despite it being cancelled on THEIR end. Not to mention the fact that they had assured me at the time I placed the order it would be done by the time I needed it. Why should I be responsible for paying processing fees for the company's error. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- they will SCAM YOU.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter and it looks nothing like what I ordered and she won't wear it and they don't do returns.

If I could give this a ZERO I'd be delighted too. This company is fraudulent, abort supporting them! You will NOT receive your package within 11-15 days, it's more like 30+ days. The quality is absolutely terrible. We ordered this jacket and it came with HOLES in it. When we reported this to the Danezon team, they completely neglected this and did absolutely nothing to resolve it other than continually ask for "more time''. We even sent VIDEO proof of it along with photos. I have already reported them to the BBB and consumer protection as way to many people are getting screwed over by them and enough is enough! They can't even have the decency to say, we are so sorry, we will refund you! NOTHING. ABORT!

My Danezon.com store experience is really satisfied. Great service and quality of jacket is 100% real leather, fits me perfect! Highly recommended. Great seller too.
