I ordered a Jersey on Thursday next day air so I can have it for the game on Sunday. They never notified me that my order was on hold. When I contacted them Friday morning they gave me no help. Just offered a refund or a delivery later in the week. Didn't even offer free shipping for their mistake. I love my Cowboys but this website doesn't know anything about customer service
Having an avid DC fan at home, this site gets some use... While the prices can be on the higher side, I believe that to be expected with "officially licensed" items. You pay for the name:-) Overall, my experiences with them has been better than some of the other "official" sites... I have not had reason to return an item, so that area is still grey... Some selections are a little limited, particularly for items such as laptop covers/skins, or any other "tech" gear... overall, very pleased with this site for DC items.
