I purchased a used CVP 3000 recently. It was a bit daunting, given the number of accessories along with minimal technical aptitude. So, I reached out to Customer Service. Both Bill and Matt provided detailed, thorough and friendly responses, allowing me to eventually properly use this incredible machine. This is right up there with the best customer service I've ever received. I'm really looking forward to years of "green" cleaning. Keith
We purchase a steamer / pressure washer. We order an additional high pressure steamer hose. Daimer send the wrong hose and never send the second hose which was shipping from different warehouse. They don't answer Email or return phone calls. Even when we explain to them that the hose they send literally melted the hose making it really dangers to anyone using it. Now we want a refund for the hoses. I guess we are going to go thru legal channel to get satisfaction.

Your general "login" asks for an email instead of a user ID which caused me to reset my password unnecessarily. After I did the reset, I found the account icon in the navbar correctly asks for a user ID, and not the email. Of course, now I know, but what a waste of time.
According to the website, I was supposed to get 50% off of the upholstery wand, but it does not show that discount was applied to my purchase.
It's a little confusing to figure out which attachments work with which models but CS is very helpful.
Everything was perfect, except the Warranty information wasn't clearly spelled out in terms of what it covers. But, I was still satisfied with everything else. Thanks!
Good experience. Perhaps a chart offering machine comparisons by key attribute would have been helpful - had to bounce back and forth between machines...
called and spoke to a person about finding a replacement handle for my xph-5900i and she could not help me with a part number. she assumed that by telling me how to look up items on the web page I could order the part. I assure you you do not have a replacement handle listed on you website no matter how hard you search. the employee did try to connect me with someone more knowledgeable.
I hate that your phone number goes to a call center and not a sales rep. Left messages with them twice this week and never got ahold of a real sales rep with the company. Had simple questions like how low will shipping take. Never answered.
For some reason the site said I had ordered 3 machines instead of the one I ordered. When I went back to change the information, it would not correct, so I back tracked and then went to another computer.
Other than that it was a good experience.
so far so good. I do wonder if the item will show signs of wear and tear because it is refurbished. How old is it?
I am very happy with my steamer it work very well for me price is Little Steep but you get what you pay for
Had trouble ordering it after modifying shipping address, had to restart ordering. But it went through.
