I purchased a used CVP 3000 recently. It was a bit daunting, given the number of accessories along with minimal technical aptitude. So, I reached out to Customer Service. Both Bill and Matt provided detailed, thorough and friendly responses, allowing me to eventually properly use this incredible machine. This is right up there with the best customer service I've ever received. I'm really looking forward to years of "green" cleaning. Keith
We purchase a steamer / pressure washer. We order an additional high pressure steamer hose. Daimer send the wrong hose and never send the second hose which was shipping from different warehouse. They don't answer Email or return phone calls. Even when we explain to them that the hose they send literally melted the hose making it really dangers to anyone using it. Now we want a refund for the hoses. I guess we are going to go thru legal channel to get satisfaction.

First off your website has a huge amount of lag time between clicking on something and getting you to the where it is taking you. There are no promo codes to enter for the promotions you are offering (i.e. the Upholstery Tool 50% off promo - I ordered it anyway and hope you take off the $62.50 I am entitled to). I called your 24x7 number and was not able to be assisted, I was told to call back at 9:00AM EST which I did twice and still no one could help me.
Can never find your brush accessories easily. You're site/video says cheap brushes as low as $2.50. They're not ($2.80). "Account" doesn't work so we have to fill in all information again, even after reseting password.
Difficult to get in touch with a product consultant. Maybe dedicate one consultant to quickly address questions by residential buyers. Addressing questions by email or a Q&A section could also be helpful in speeding up the buying process.
The pop up to sign up for newsletter etc keeps popping up making it difficult to shop or buy and I signed up twice have not gotten any newsletters or info.
Your steamer accessories option was really hard to find it should be fixed. I tried calling the phone number on the website to get help and was useless the rep who answered me transferred me and was on hold so i hung up. FIX THE WESITE MAKE IT LESS CLUTTERED
