This place is absolutely horrible. There's no one totalk to and only emails that never reach anyone. I had to file for return. Charged a 22 dollar return fee to send back a 100 dollar laptop. Supposedly refurbished, the thing was just used and not functioning to add to the problem. It still was locked under the initial user and the battery wouldn't charge. It would only work plugged in which defeats the purpose of a laptop. Absolutely stay away from this company! You will not be happy.
Dailysale had the best price I could find on a refurbished 7th Generation iPad. It was delivered on time as promised. My only concern was that it arrived bent (as you can see in the picture). The iPad functions as it should, but I was afraid it might not fit properly/securely in a case I was planning to buy. Fortunately, it fit and everything is fine. I was little put off that Dailysale would sell a product that was clearly bent (damaged?) - refurbished or not - but in this case, it seems to have turned out ok.

So far, so good. I am completely satisfied with the experience thus far. I have experience with the device that I ordered. That familiarity is welcomed. The refurbished device is as expected. The price was good, the service provided made the activation timely, and the overall product specifications were welcomed. Nice job.

I have received several products from your company except I have submitted an order twice using the same shipping address I use for all my orders & that order always seems to be canceled because of the shipping address. It's for compression socks & a Bluetooth speaker. I have talked to someone in customer service. They can't figure it out either. They tell me that my money has been refunded but no explanation why I can't receive those products. The second time I ordered the 2 items, I ordered the wireless earbuds along with it. Got the earbuds but the other 2 items were canceled for shipping address. Please, let me know what can be done. Thank you for your time & have a great day!
The online service was easy to use. When i get the package, then it will be complete. Until then, it will be a wait n see when I get the package. So asking for this review before I got the package with the products I have ordered is too early to give an accurate review of your site.

Site was easy to navigate, and ordering the product was easy, as well. This site asks for a survey and review way too soon, as I still have not yet received the goods I ordered, however it has only been 2 days since the order, as well. So, giving it time to have the orders delivered before I can give an accurate rating or survey.

Half of the 5 star reviews I find online talk about how excited they are about that site and how they are still waiting for their product. IE> they haven't even received their product yet, so why are they giving 5 stars positive review. Well guess what, I am also STILL WAITING. Ordered over a week ago and still waiting for my shipping notification... sent numerous emails to customer service, all they talk about is a "high volume" of orders and they are trying their best to fulfill all of them with some copy and pasted response email. I don't know if this site can be trusted for anything if all the reviews are paid for (fake). They all roughly say the same thing - "Waiting for product" "going to tell my friends" "everything is real, what a great find." Anyway, I am real and still unhappily waiting for my product... which I hope is authentic and real and working, so I don't have to wait ANOTHER month for my actual product. Fingers are crossed, but trust is waning. Will update this review if I am wrong here.
11/1/22 UPDATE:
Received the refurb IPAD and it was in brand new condition and working perfectly (so far! 2 days in - will update if that suddenly changes).
Tip for consumers:
If you are ok with waiting 2 weeks or more for your order, then give it a go… mine finally arrived and was working as advertised and brand new.

Great service, however when you put something in your basket and leave the sight and comeback it's gone.
I ordered 4 dresses to wear in this summer heat. The colors are so pretty, can't wait to start wearing them. It was so easy to order them. Will take a picture when I get them!
