Poor customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday, which means they need to be delivered on time. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered too late. Below the reply from their customer service, which basically says: we deliver on the day you order, but maybe also not. We don't control and we don't care. I will not order from them ever again. Dear Customer, We thank you for your message. Further to the tracking of the Swiss Post the delivery has been done on 17.05. As on the condition the Swiss Post guarantees a delivery on the required date to 95 %, otherwise a delivery on the next day is not considered as a delay.
