Being an owner of a newly started business, I was managing everything on my own. Soon enough when my business caught the pace, I was being bombarded with customer queries all the time. Answering to the queries diligently while managing my other business functions became a treacherous task for me to accomplish. Honestly speaking, I was not convinced to outsource customer service of my company to an outside company. However, I must admit that Cyfuture BPO has changed my perception.
