This does not look anything like the pictures on the website. Bought as a gift but I am too embarrassed to give it. It's just a cheap stick on picture that doesn't even look like the pets. Shame on them. $100 by the time all the extras were added. Maybe dog can sleep on it. I don't know. Stay clear.

I ordered a customised jumper that was meant to have an outline of my cat, his body was in the photo I sent, and I received an outline of a random cat face, does not look anything like the photo I sent, they refused to give me a refund and said that they can't copy the photo exactly and they have to use 'creativity, absolute bs, $108 down the drain and on top of that the jumper is such a terrible quality and took weeks to even get shipped

I stupidly ordered a custom dog hoodie from this site, and Googled the company an hour after. I emailed them within 75 minutes of ordering to cancel the order. There is no chance whatsoever they were already working on the product.

I received an email saying they couldn't cancel, but would send me "$30 worth of rings as a free gift" with my product instead. If that doesn't scream scam, I'm not sure what does.

When I said no to that irresistible offer and asked again for a refund, they tried to guilt trip me into giving them a chance. When I asked a third time, they finally referred to their no refunds or cancellations policy and tried to victim-blame me as the customer for agreeing to their scam.

Well, thank god for credit card disputes because my dispute with Chase in regards to this purchase was resolved instantly and I'll have a full refund within one to two days. Highly recommend going straight to your credit card company if you bought from them with a credit card.

They make their products seem all high quality when it's just a poorly drawn digital design that's printed onto a poor quality material. Super thin and gross. When on their website they make it seem like it's THREADED. "choose your threading color" "choose outline color" WHERES THE OUTLINE?! The letter I and A are together but the rest is seperate? What the heck. Barely even looks like my dog. The sleeve was snagged. And i didn't even RECIEVE my digital design that i PAID for. And wants to offer me a 10% refund. YOURE KIDDING. Do NOT buy from this website. I spent 139$ on a gift for me and my mom for my little dog and this is what i get. Also, the fact that i was contacted after business hours is also unprofessional. An email before this was sent at 2 in the morning...

Ordered XL black sweatshirt for daughter's Christmas present...and she couldn't wear it! It was 2 sizes too small...tiny! And made from slick, shiny synthetic cheap material...not soft cotton as shown in videos and pictures. NO returns...no exchange...just wasted almost $70 and...no present for my daughter. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...SCAM

My husband ordered an embroided sweater from custommylove with my two childrens names on it! We finally received it after going back and forth with them because of the length of time it even took. What we received was nothing like the picture! We received a cheaply ironed on imagine on a cheap sweater! I pictured what we received vs what we ordered! DO NOT order from them! It's a complete rip off!

Ordered a hoodie. Not only was the sizing smaller than standard, but the image was nothing resembling what I provided. Then after much back and forth, they cut me loose saying no returns, no refunds. Poor product from a poor company

People do not buy through this website / shop. The product is of extremely poor quality, the color is not as described. The size chart they use is not correct, the clothing item is still too small even with a size larger and different from this same size chart. The drawing is also not to be satisfied with, presumably it disappeared after a few washes. Even with proving that they delivered a wrong product and thereby not fulfill the purchase agreement they stick to their non-refund policy. The ad suggests that the product is from the US however it literally comes from China.
Even the reviews on their website is fake. (Ever seen a website with all products 5 stars? American names while the product is from China? Etc etc)
Look for a more reliable, better quality where it is worth the money.

My sweater is ruined, the intended memory of my cats destroyed and irreparable.

I received a mothers day gift that was not customized correctly, per the order form my husband filled out. Upon requesting a refund or replacement, they offered a 10% refund. Upon requesting a full refund again, they offered 20%. Upon requesting AGAIN that they rectify the situation considering this was THEIR mistake, they offered 25%. I left a review on their website under the product, that they promptly deleted while I wait for a response to my email still. Such poor business practice! I hope others will find this review along with other before shopping with this store again.

Keeping this short - Ordered a custom sweatshirt. Paid extra for it to be centered. It was so off center it is unwearable. The image is nearly touching the right sleeve and looks ridiculous. Received wrong size sweatshirt, wrong color, and the product took over a month to get delivered.

Seeing as I didn't receive the product I purchased, I requested a full refund. After 3 emails I was offered 10% (because "they had worked very hard on it"). After me sending 3 more emails they offered 15%.

Still trying to get a refund.

Do not order anything from this company. Don't even test it, they are horrible, and put zero effort into the product regardless of paying additional fees for customizations.

I ordered a sweatshirt and the preview they sent me was awful. I am mediately wrote back to cancel the order and said I was not happy with the line drawing. It does not look like the dog and the stick in the dogs mouth looks like it's smoking a cigar. Of course I got a response saying it's too late to cancel. A month later I still have not received the shirt. Contacted them again and they said the order has been lost. I said then just give me a refund. They said oh too late it's already in production. We will see if I ever get it and I am not expecting anything good if it does come. $58 down the drain

I bought a hoodie for my best friend as a gift. The size was at least 2 if not 3 sizes off. He is a 2XL. For the last seven years I have bought everything for him in 2XL. This arrived and barely fit me and I'm a medium. I tried to reach out to the company who asked if I used the sizing chart. I have never gone and measured someone before buying them a gift. If it was one size off that would be different but their response was " Hi, different brands of clothing size is certainly not the same…customized products can not be returned". Not an apology or sympathy or anything which would lead me to believe they get a lot of these same emails from people.

One star is too generous! I never received my order for a mother's day gift. A month later they are still lying saying it's on the say and refusing to refund my money

I placed an order for a Christmas gift that I saw on Tik Tok which I thought would be an amazing gift! While I also payed extra for insured delivery AND an outline, this company did absolutely nothing to notify me unless I personally reached out. It took about 3 weeks for this product to be delivered. Once I received the order, the measurements did not add up to their sizing chart on the website AT ALL. If you believe someone is a "Large" you should really be getting a "3XL" size. The quality is terrible and they just want your money as they say you've double checked their standards. I've reached out numerous times with my reasons of why I'm unhappy with the purchase and they will not refund you the money once it's received. Terrible, terrible experience and don't waste your time.

ZERO STARS! NOT worth the $70 I paid! First of all it's only the face of the dog whereas the other photos of dogs included some part of the neck or body indicating its a dog or cat. I included a photo of the entire body so theres no excuse to not have anything besides ears and a face which could have been randomly pulled from the internet.
I ALSO paid $9.99 for the name on the sleeve in script like the example photos. It's in block letters. Looks terrible (not worth $10)
I paid ANOTHER $3 for the outline to be emailed thinking I would be able to approve the drawing before the hoodie is made but never received ANYTHING. I could have done all this myself for what I paid your company to do. I'm not giving this to my daughter for Christmas like I had planned. It's not a good purchase. SIDE NOTE: I left this review but of course it got deleted. Hmmm. Seems funny all these bad reviews but NONE on their site.

Ordered "mama" sweatshirt with 2 kids names. Order came in black sweatshirt with black lettering which is not what was ordered. The names are also stickers and not screen printed. The stickers were pealing upon receipt. When asking to return and for a refund they offered a 10% refund which was completely absurd. When requesting the full refund again we were offered a 20 % due to it being a customizable product. Which the company customized incorrectly.

Took my payment on 12/6, no other notice or info since, nothing arrived. SCAM...stay away. Cant leave comments on TIKTOK, all 5 star reviews there. Don't be stupid like me. Complete criminals

They are a scam! The sweatshirt is some weird material - not even cotton! I paid $3 extra for what I thought was a proof but was just an outline they emailed me AFTER they shipped the crappy product! It wasn't a proof at all because if it was I wouldn't have accepted it. The only thing the outline had that looked like my daughter's dog were the ears! I paid to have the image centered & it was off center & the size of an image you'd have printed on the side of the chest over the breast! It was printed (my mistake I thought it was embroidered) at an angle too & the image I sent was of the dog straight on! To add insult to injury they offered me a measly 10% refund ($5.80), explained that it was unique artwork (BS) & that their likely minimally paid employee worked very hard on it. I emailed them back that I wanted either a correctly made product or my money - ALL of my money back. I didn't hear back from them as expected so I emailed them back after reading all these reviews stating that if they didn't refund all my money I would leave scathing reviews on every website possible. Oh & the reviews on their website are likely written by their employees! DON'T BUY THIS CRAP!
Their email back said they'd get back to me with 5-10 business days. I haven't heard back from them so here you go! As you can see from the images below as well as the one I sent (the exceptionally cute dog) & what was shown on their website (the one with the dog & sweatshirt).
