I've spent $3500 on wheels and tires from this company, only to notice a few days after that 2 tires have blemishes. I call them and send in pictures, only to be told there's nothing that can be done about it, even though the tires fall under 30 day Satisfaction guarantee, let alone the defect warranty. DO NOT DO business with these people they're crooks! Do your business elsewhere, they don't stand behind what they sell!

I have waited a long time now for these wheels. Came damaged, ceramic was still wet, 46 ounces of wheel weights on one rim. Customer service reached out and several days later, they still have no resolution. It's pretty simple. You sent me used wheels, with wet ceramic coating, and 46 wheel weights. Replace them. Simple as that right? Wrong. Awful customer service, no one responds within any reasonable amount of time. Check out these pictures. Next time you go to spend a load of money, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. No one has been of any help. If they make it right, I'll take all of my posts down. Until that day, I'll keep them going. I have nothing but time.

Ordered wheels through a sales representative over the phone, he confirmed they fit a stock 20 ram Rebel. I get the wheels swapped out and soon as I pull away it rubs and tears my fenders. I tried to return the wheels next morning. They said nope can't help you, and tried to sell me on a suspension kit. I'm out $1,500 plus and a torn up front end. They're stating it's my fault that the standard tire size was not brought up? I gave all the info asked about my vehicle. These guys are trash.

Never Again! Once they have your payment method and you get the sorry we are out of stock email all phone calls and emails will go unanswered. Customer service will pull a cease and desist. If you have questions, don't bother calling, it is as if they have caller ID and if your payment has cleared they cant be bothered talking to you. You will get the voice message that they will get back to you before the end of the day. Don't hold your breath waiting for that call. If I can save just one person from this BS company than this post was worth it.

Started this process in ordering wheels 1st week of May. I received my order last week through fed ex n ups. Both front wheels from ups where scratched and nicked. To return these I must pay what company makes the buyer pay for damaged goods. This place sucks

Easy to place the order. Custom Offsets was able to get me tires (BFG's) that 3 local and 2 other online sites could not get. Shipping was fast about 7-8 days. Custom Offsets did not advise me of the Lift-Gate Fee. They were aware of it and should reimburse me, but I had to pay it out of pocket in cash the day of the delivery. Also the balancing weights came off the wheels. Again I should be getting reimbursed but it cost me about $45 per tire and I'm only getting $30 from Custom Offsets. Looks like these are problems they often encounter because customer service was very aware and knowledgeable about what they would reimburse. Savings turned out to be minimal for me, and I feel bad not giving the business to my local shop. I will do more research on future orders.
In the attached pictures you could see where the balancing weights ended up on the rims.
P.S. The Jeep sure looks good though. Lol

Ordered a lift kit through them because I planned on buying rims and tires with them as well.
I placed the order for the kit on a Saturday which I know wont be processed or acknowledged until Monday. But a whole week going onto two weeks and the order is still being processed? What am I missing here.
To me all they are is a glorified middle man that lead times are extremely long and they probably just don't care.
Im curious to see if I cancel my order and order on another website to see if it will get here sooner.
Overall this will be my last purchase through them and I steered other people I know away from them as well.
Just beware to wait an extremely long time before any thing is delivered. I can only imagine how long rims and tires take to be delivered, once you factor in the time that they get there then they need to mount and balance them then ship it out to you.

My man Brock with Custom Offset has done a great job checking in with me and giving me awesome customer service! I am now just waiting on the Rims and Tires to get here! So far it's been super easy and a great experience! This is a before picture of my truck, I'll put the after picture on here once I receive them!
I put in the correct information for my truck and the wheels I received did not even clear the brakes and their solution to this was to buy spacers. I wanted wheels that correctly fit my vehicle if I wanted to put spacers on my car I would've picked something else. They also do a terrible job at balancing the tires because once I hit 35 miles an hour my entire vehicle shakes like it's about to $#*! out on me. Absolutely terrible customer experience and poor craftsmanship.

Had a couple small issues like directional tires being mounted in same direction on all 4 wheels. Kinda shows lack of care when installing. Was missing one lug nut when delivered. Very quick to message asking for reviews but when I had questions about where the package was and why it was taking longer than expected I got nowhere.
Original order was severely delayed however custom offsets customer service does an amazing job helping people like me throughout the process and I received express shipping at no extra cost for the inconvenience. Incredibly happy

Had major issues after receiving great service initially. Joey took over and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion. Before dealing with him it wasn't a good experience but he dealt with the problems I had I highly recommend going through him if you're able to.

Paid $3,000 for a set of rims and tires that Custom Offsets website said would fit. Got them and they didn't fit. Emailed multiple times and called to be told sorry our guide isn't 100% accurate and there is nothing we can do because you pulled the car out of your garage. Rims are the correct size and lug patter but the tires are too big. Stuck with almost $1,000 in tires for nothing. I wouldn't buy from this company!

Horrible company to deal with. Could not get any updates without calling in and waiting on hold. Kept saying website was having problems. I paid extra for fast shipping and didn't happen. I had to call to get a refund. Shipping company had my order on the truck for 4 days after arriving before unloading the truck. When finally delivered the pallet was destroyed and my wheels were all over because they were not strapped down. I took the wheels to 3 different shops including the Chevy dealer to pair the TPMS sensors only to find out two are bad. Now waiting for a response from Custom Offsets. Not worth the trouble. Buy somewhere else.

While we do try to ship them as quickly as possible as soon as they are with the shipper they are the ones that are in control. We are also sorry there were then issues with the TPMS sensors. While we would never intentionally send a customer faulty sensors it does sometimes happen because we show in our warehouse they are synced but then when they are installed and driven on they just won't sync with the car. They have the best wheel and tire selection on the planet. Super happy with the results. I had a mishap on delivery but their customer service sorted it out after a week of delays. This was my second order and I'll be back next time.

I enjoy the web navigation for selecting specific vehicle wheels and tires as well as the gallery to get a preview of what a specific package will look like on my vehicle. Ordering and delivery are simple, although, the carrier decided to cross the country several times with my tires before delivering, I still received them in an acceptable amount of time, meaning the CO team packaged and got them out the door in a rapid fashion. I would ask that CO continually compare and meet/beat rates from other websites (discount tire, and others) to give me the piece of mind when buying from CO without shopping around. CO may already do this, but my next order I will be comparing prices, so please stay ahead of the competition. Price and service are the name of the game, but Price usually beats service so... stay competitive.

Was nervous about my order due to other reviews. Saw the horror stories of them showing up late, damaged, missing products (tpms, lug nuts, accessories). My wheels/tires showed up 3 days early. And with no damage or missing pieces. The TPMS were installed and linked right up to my 4th gen ram 1500 without any issues. Was super stoked for it all to work out perfectly when the reviews made me question it. I will definitely be recommending them to people due to my positive experience.
Communication has been up and down. Pretty disappointed as I've worked hard to be able to afford the simple wheels and tires I requested. They originally sent me an email stating my tires are ready from the manufacturer and then all of a sudden nothing. Had to follow-up with them to see what the deal was. Per them the manufacturer is now having a hard time finding all my tires. Unfortunately, the consumer gets the shaft. I mean I understand production is behind due to people not wanting to be gainfully employed and resources but come on! Those who work need to drive there! Up front communication would be awesome but there won't be a next time. If you do buy from them I suggest going with a good tire that is in stock as I had to find an equivalent of what I wanted.

Never received product! 1 month after purchase and 2 weeks after expected delivery date made contact 3 times over last 2 weeks for status of order to continuously be told they're setting in warehouse but fail to ship them for unknown reason and then won't contact back with explanation or refund.
