The customer service/sales team was incredibly responsive to all my needs. Artwork was adjusted quickly and exactly to my specs. SO easy dealing with them, whether by phone or email. They took a sketch and some jpeg's and made a beautiful proof in less than a day. Can't wait to see our coin!

My response to this survey is based solely on actions before ordering which was great - even with small changes that I wanted to make I was sent another proof. I have not received my order so I cannot testify to the quality of the final product at this point in time. The service so far has been better (and quicker) than expected.

Good Service, we just encountered a snag with the military seals which we had no choice. Overall, great service. Now awaiting to see the final product when it arrives to determine if the quality meets high standards. If the quality is excellent, then I would likely do business with you again in the future.

Well, I do not have the challenge coins in hand yet, but thus far the experience has been great. You got the proofs to me very quickly, helped with quite a few questions I had, and worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted for the coins. If they come out like the proofs, there is no way I would send anyone to anywhere else. Quick, easy, and affordable.
