Custom Challenge Coins

We have been ordering coins for the past 4 years and this is the first year that we have had trouble. Our Headquarters mailed the check to the correct address in February, but your company still does not show it was received. So I ended up paying with the credit card.

I live overseas, so communicating with business in the States isn't always easy. You guys made everything very painless and responded super quickly to any emails or inquires. It was a pleasure doing business with you!

The process was simple and painless. They were courteous no matter how many times I sent the design back. Price was better than anywhere else I looked. Still waiting on the product, but am hopeful it will be top quality.

Communications were excellent and extremely fast. If the coins arrive looking like the proofs, then they are immaculate. Completion and shipping quoted around 3 weeks, haven't had a chance to comment on that. Absolutely plan to be a repeat customer!

Outstanding ordering experience. Proofs were submitted for approval quickly and changes made very quickly. Customer service was prompt, courteous and very professional. The final product had some paint flaws on several of the coins. Nothing preventing them from being used but not outstanding quality.

So far the experience has been excellent, once the product arrives and the process is completed I will know for sure.
