I thought it was very streamlined. Good service. Only issues were both times I requested an image proof, the image had errors in it. Also the timeframe exceeded 2 days. Up to 8 days for a new proof. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

The actual checkout process is pretty annoying. There should at the very least be an option for paypal so that your customers don't have to trust the shady site that the checkout process directs you to.
