Custom Challenge Coins

Ordered challenge coins and they ensured that we had permission to use the ships image.

Design for back of coin looked great but the finished item is barely recognizable.
Perhaps it was too detailed.
Someone should have told me the design would not work well.
I would have gladly changed to make it right.
Your samples are all proofs, so I saw similar designs that looked good. I suspect the real coins were like mine.
You should show actual finished products.

Overall, good. Quality of the first batch of coins was great! Looking forward to this second order! The one thing I would suggest is person to person interaction, even if it's just a follow-up email that's not auto-generated.

I have been ordering coins from Custom Challenge Coins for three years. I am impressed at how quickly proofs are made from my ideas. The coins always look amazing and people who receive them love them. You can expect a new idea and a new order about.this time next year.

The actual checkout process is pretty annoying. There should at the very least be an option for paypal so that your customers don't have to trust the shady site that the checkout process directs you to.

I couldn't get the online quote form to upload; it buffered forever. I assumed it was a shoddy internet connection while on vacation, but when I returned home it was still an issue.
