I've been a customer for a year and the delivery was good until my final and i think that would be my last order. I placed a complex writing gig and i set 14 days for the writer to work on it. 7 days have passed and no one was working on it. I messaged the support almost everyday to get an update until my deadline was 6 days away. I contacted the support because I was worried that the writer won't have enough time to work on it so i told them that i can extended it for 2 more days. 5 days left before the deadline and no one was working on it and i asked the support about cancelling my order and the support told me that they will issue a full refund. Today i contacted them to initiate the cancellation and refund and to my surprise they are taking the 20% of the full cost of the order. I was furious because 1. No one touched my order and 2. Should I wait for the deadline and my personal deadline scrwd. The hassle they caused me has been infuriating. They asked if I have a screenshot of the support telling me the issuance of a full refund. I don't have the screenshot because i am expecting they have the means to dig it up from the logs. I will never trust an assignment with this people. Giving false hopes and anxiety. Very unprofessional.

The assignment the writers at Custom-Writing.org sent me was immaterial to what I asked and it exceeded the deadline by two days and even if they sent me the assignment on time, I was not going to submit this trash anyway. These guys have no value for time and commitment. Don’t hire them.

FAILED to deliver, FAILED to inform me. On the delivery day they told me that they were not able to deliver WTF?! They asked for more days. I refused as they have 7 already. I demanded a refund, they have been processing and lying about it for more than 20 hours. Had to open a paypal dispute and chase my money. A total scam.

These guys are absolute scammers. They didn't follow the instructions and I had asked them to revise my paper like 10 times but nothing was revised, nothing! What in the world kind of Scam Company is this? Fooling people and stealing their money!

Choosing Custom-Writing.org for my dissertation writing was THE WORST DECISION IN MY LIFE. The so-called writer didn't put any effort; he didn't even look at the guidelines and understand the requirements. The experience with them was a nightmare and there is more to come. It’s a scam. I was told that my assignment will be reviewed constantly in case of dissatisfaction but the reality was not as Custom-Writing.org claimed. Despite my insistence, they failed to do justice with my report and I received a C consequently. And, they don’t even have the basic courtesy to accept their mistakes.

My experience with their dissertation writing services has been worst. The dissertation required in depth research work on global energy crisis but these guys wrote such a shallow document, I can’t even call a dissertation. I wasted my $150 on something that isn’t worth it.

I am very disappointed by the work I got from this service site. They failed to deliver the research paper on time. And when I got it almost a week after the deadline, it was a useless piles of junk. STAY AWAY! I have used several times and the work is typically lackluster by somewhat acceptable when in a pinch. However, this last time I placed an order with a 5 day timeline. At the 5day mark they told me that no one had even been assigned the paper and if I granted an extension they would be able to find someone. I granted another 3 days. They never found anyone, started the assignment, and did not inform me that this was the case. I asked for a refund so that I could go with another company and they said I would have to wait up to 14 days for a refund. DO NOT USE. They are NOT worth the money and the customer service is TERRIBLE!
The grammar and sentence structure of my thesis wasn’t up to the mark. Come on guys, this wasn’t just any old ordinary paper, my whole academic success was dependent upon it and Custom-Writing made me look really bad in front of my professor. Never trust these guys with your thesis people!
