I was so excited to find your website, actually placed 2 orders on the same day. Sadly the second order never showed up, I was so disappointed, but more disappointed when I wrote 4 emails that went unanswered. The money was taken from my bank, so NOW I have had to open a case with them! Wish your customer service cared about a missing orders and your customers issues as much as sending surveys

I Loved the Style and thought the Prices were reasonable, The order I DID receive everything was so well made, Still disappointed my second order never showed up
I was preparing to go on vacation and I realized I had ordered the items too small. I called on a weekend not expecting to get a humane, but I did. They made the adjustment over the phone for me. I need to return a couple of items and I am sure they will help me with this. The clothes are good quality and very good cost. I will order from them again. Thank You to the humane for answering the phone!

This business is not what it seems. The item I bought needed to be returned which would have cost me a significant amount. My emails to customer services originally bounced back to me but were then, a few days later, answered. When answered I was offered the option to keep the item and also offered a small sum of money as compensation. This aroused my suspicions. Trust pilot reviews repeatedly describe this same tactic and many reviews also state that there is often no compensation given once items are returned

It looked good in the photos ( but the quality was poor) I would not ever buy from Curvedream again
I ordered two pair of really cute pants, but when I got them, the material was not what I expected and they did not fit. One pair was actually too long. I did return both pairs to the company and a representative has signed for that and I'm waiting for my credit now, but they have been very nice to deal with customer. Service has been great.

Not one item was true to size. Sent multiple emails to get a return address but after weeks still not one response contained a return address i was offered a percentage refund to my credit card and told to keep the articles of clothing that i did not want and did not fit. After weeks of back and forth and realizing a return address was never coming a took a partial refund and threw the clothing in the garbage. Total waste of money. I do Not recommend or trust this company.

Items didn't fit. Sent email requesting return instructions/info same day I received the items. Received an email 2 days later asking me to keep the four items I purchased, I paid $132.00 for them, and they would give me a refund of $30.00. My reply was no I want a full refund. Then received another email asking if I would take $60.00 as a refund and keep the items. Still no instructions on how to return. Finally got the instructions. Mailed items out just waiting for the refund now.

Well- made, medium weight cotton, and sewn well. Beautiful color of grass green— just what I wanted.
Product is from China and very bad quality. Website is beautiful but the product is terrible. One blouse was really rough and felt like paper with painted daisys on it. Stiff.
Dress sent with the sleeves not finished in the wrong size.
Warning you have to pay to return everything at your cost. Not a good company. Beware!

It is costly to return. My advice is to put a dispute into your charge card or Paypal right away.

To begin with sizes are smaller than other places I order from & all items I ordered was poor quality fabric, very cheap.
The refund process was not easy. I found them trying to deceive me & scam me. Denying my package had been received when they had actually received & signed for it 7 weeks earlier. I will not purchase again.

That they expect you to pay postage back when the product is so poor. Then dishonest about receiving the package back.

I wouldn't order from this company again. Dealing with them is fine, they are very nice and answer promptly. However, their clothes seem to run smaller than other brands I've bought online and they don't have a decent return policy. The pants I ordered didn't fit so they gave me a $15 refund on a $100 purchase. My first and last purchase from them turned into a disappointing experience.

I received these jeans I was all excited to get them. The size was way too small for Jeans didn't even look like the ones in the picture so then I asked for a refund and they only refunded me 16.00 and so now I'm stuck with these jeans that I'm never gonna wear.
I believe they should have at least asked me or checked if these jeans were the ones that I actually ordered maybe per asking for a photo anything but that problem was not there concerned they just sent me $16 and said keep them
