If I could I'd give this company no stars or if there is such a thing, minus stars. Okay, I get it, Coronavirus has placed a strain on companies and they are short-staffed etc. BUT you've got to be really stupid to give people a number to contact if you want to change your delivery and there is no option to do so. Yes, you can track your delivery, but not change it. It took me two hours to get through to a living human being to change my order and guess what... I waited in on the new specified day, no one arrived, but their system says they tried to deliver but no one was home! Evidently, according to them, I don't exist in my own home. Time to get through to someone else to get another delivery date took 2 hours AND the only way you can actually get to speak someone is via the complaints line, but it took some time with trial and error to figure that out. A complaints line to get through to delivery... go figure! A little absurd thinking. There is no option to speak to someone who is in the delivery section, no option of emailing either. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time and being frustrated and raising your blood pressure. Want to have a heart attack? This is a sure way to have one.
