Their website is very informative. The only thing that upsets me is $250 deposit to open a basic account, which is not small for a beginner. But they offer 3 trading and educational sessions with senior analyst that can help a rookie.

Sometimes support team is inadequate. For example there was a day the platform was still, I reached the support and they gave me a general answer. Other times they are super supportive and helpful. I hope this feedback is taken positively and current coins will try their best to solve them as soon as possible. Thank you

I've had no real problems with them so far, but I'm not a fan of the withdrawal fees. Not tried to withdraw money yet so I can't comment on that side of things but I've traded all my favorite assets without issue.
