First, let me start by saying this is the fourth company I engaged for debt relief. The first company advised me to stop paying a creditor but did not protect me legally. So not only did I have to make up the missed payments, I now have a charge off on my credit report even though payments are up to date. The second company's negotiators were rude and overly aggressive, I felt like they were not committed to helping me reach resolutions and offered no advice. The third company got me negiotations towards settlements, but put more of my money in their pockets and less in my creditors. They seemed more concerned with me making payments for their benefit. In addition, the third company sent me a letter stating I owed them settlement fees for debts they never settled only negotiated. It was not until I spoke with J Miller, that I actually believed that there could be relief to my debt. He set me up with Caroline V, who helped me with all the administrative requirements. Julio M and Mario have been phenomenal in helping me with a realistic payment plan that is flexible with life challenges. These individuals are professional, caring, knowledgeable and are dedicated to helping others with debt relief and debt management. I feel confident in their abilities.

Zac F., my counselor, was very professional and patient with me throughout this whole process. He put my mind at ease even though I am going through a very stressful time right now and that is much appreciated. He did not pressure me and I felt like he actually cared about my situation and not just the financial aspect of making the sale. That's refreshing these days. Overall, at this point in the process, I have been extremely pleased.

I have had a very positive experience with Curadebt. Mr. James Freeman has been my debt counselor and is very knowledgeable and honest regarding the help Curadebt can provide. He has really gone above and beyond to help me, staying in touch throughout the process but not being pushy and overwhelming. I've also appreciated the legal help provided with this company. Again, they stay in contact and make sure I'm not being hassled by the debtors. If you are able to request a specific counselor, I highly recommend Mr Freeman.

Sylvia was a big help and really explained to me how the process worked. I at times was a little weary with this company, not sure if it was legit or not, but she assured me and went through everything step by step. When I let her know that i already had an installment plan with the IRS she did not pressure me into staying with the program and actually said that my installment plan would be a better fit. I will definitely keep Curadebt in mind for the future.

Just started this program. Trying to breathe right now. Worked with Gloria. She is very nice and helpful. I am just very nervous about everthing. So far things have been going smoothly. I have just send over all the paperwork needed to finish up my account. Now just to wait. Hopefully things go well. I am just happy to have someone to help me! I will update you on my progress. Praying I can finally move forward and re-claim my financial life.

As I said, I feel the interest was a little high for an older person like myself. I really needed a boost and a lesser interest would have suited me better. I have just started this experience and feel I will be better equipped to give an analysis of everything on down the road. However, so far, everything has been good. I am just trying to get out of debt so I can retire for the second time. I am getting tired of working. Overall this experience has been top notch to this point.
