Culligandiy

I purchased a Culligan under sink water filter from the site and it arrived within the time they indicated it would BUT I immediately determined that I couldn't actually use the filter so I repacked it and requested a return label and refund. They quickly responded that the return was processed and I should receive a return label within 3 to 5 business days (presumably via email). After 7 days I emailed them again to ask about the return. They apologized for the delay and said the label should arrive "shortly". After another 5 days I called their 1-800 number and spoke to a rep. She tried to contact her manager to see about helping me but the manager never responded so she said she would have to email him. It has been nearly a month now and still no return label and refund. I requested they just tell me the address to send it to and tell me an RMA but no response. Do NOT buy from these people. They have, essentially, stolen $150 from me and do NOT respond in any useful way with customers. This is a Culligan business so you'd think they would be on the ball and professional but they are not. BEWARE. They are a ripoff.
