I purchase a dozen units from time to time for personal use or for family. It's a great asset to have your service available
I am a wholesaler and am not likely to tell my customers where i purchase my products and what i pay for them. I am not happy about the over 13% additional cost of shipping. Usually our cost of shipping percentage is about 4 to 5 %.

I would enjoy seeing a loyalty discount for returning customers.
Also, this is my 2nd time ordering and I've noticed that a few of them usually have some sort of flaw, either a rhinestone missing or some scratches/cracking in the lens. Perhaps your quality control needs slight improvement, or if not then at least include a disclaimer when ordering that due to high volumes of processing, a certain percentage may have defects.

Lot the business and the lady I talked to when I called before I ordered. The only issues is the shipping price witch they have no control over but I would like to have a different shipping options and after talking to the lady I am sure we will be able to have that set up.
I am really shocked to have found a company that is so willing and easy to work with with very nice prices.

My only complaint is this: I have ordered from you before and was wanting to try, in addition to this order, one pair of the polarized silver framed blue/orange lens glasses shown in the picture of offer SPA-PO to see if I would like them(wasn't interested in any of the others). I called and inquired, but she said I would not be able to purchase just one pair in addition to my other order to see if I liked them(was willing to pay, of course, additional for the one pair). Needless to say, told I couldn't and wasn't interested in buying multiples of something I might not like. If that is not the case, please let me know. Thanks very much...Alan Thompson.
