I'm happy with the hats I ordered; however, my first order was cancelled by CTS without notification. And, it took a week for the USPS "priority" delivery to arrive, even though the postage cost was about the same price as the hats.

So far...EXCELLENT.

I called with questions and your customer service was excellent. She answered a lot of questions I had. I was expecting it to take a while to arrive, but was quite shocked when my parcel arrived only 3 days after the order was placed. Wow. I used to order from within Canada and it would take longer to get here. Quite impressed!

Great shopping experience but its only one thing I wasn't to excited about and that's the cost of shipping. The price of shipping was 50% of the price of the product and my package was left sitting on top of all of the mail boxes. If I'm paying this much for UPS to ship a package they could've left it in the office or I could've picked it up from UPS.
