Should have paid attention when I saw so many customer complaints. Rude "owner" Bruno Bergman shouldn't be in a customer-facing business. You can find every item on other websites. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
They let you order items that aren't in stock then tell you 4 weeks later that they have to cancel the order. If you're buying as a gift, expect to get left hanging empty handed with little notice. They don't care one bit about it either.
Wow! Great selection, low, low prices, and always free shipping. They keep you up to date via email on the status of your order. Items arrive packed well and shipping is fast, although some items make be backordered. Even then, it may be worth the wait for their low prices.
Items on Crystal Classics website were noted to be on sale with original price of $50. Items were marked "on sale" at $20. $20 is the original price on manufacturer's website. NO sale whatsoever. I anticipated receiving the larger item based upon original price noted. I contacted customer service, was advised to return items at my cost. Company would not provide return postage for their misrepresentation/deception.
I ordered cups and saucers. Only received cups. When I called I was told the vendor requires incorrect picture. I feel scammed. Why was nothing said in the ad about only cups? I would not have ordered. Now I see the BBB rating is low. This is probably why.
I have changed my initial star rating.
First, I couldn't find the new customer coupon for 10%. After my review, I was told to check my junk folder and there it was! Would someone be so kind as to apply it to my first order?
Second, I am not familiar with this company so I wasn't sure if I sent a gift, if the billing information would be included. After my question, I was sent a response that this company never includes billing information because they are a white glove gift company.

Looks like a scam. Other reviewers had similar experiences. I was promised delivery by 12/17 and had notifications with a tracking number-all were false.
Dear Robert, your order was received on 12/17, shipped on 12/17 and delivered on 12/19. We are not scam, even if you are really stressed and grumpy. To track an order, please click on the tracking number or simply copy and paste into Google. They will find appropriate carrier and track it for you.
