Just received device. Charging now however the battery is swollen on arrival. I hope though it works but going to need a battery replacement part for the disco itself. Please contact me so I can get that otherwise the review will stay at 3 for now.

Awesome service and crazy fast shipping but your sold out of everything... You usually always have a large amount of options now it's down to nothing pretty much.

This business promotes free 2 day shipping to my address; however, upon placing an order the primary order shipped from a second party and the 2 day policy did not apply. Learning this, I attempted to change the delivery address based upon some planned travel. CS claimed to be able to manage this, but they did not. Communication was very pleasant, but ineffective.

Stereo is perfect but the Metra kit was a pain.

Fitment of the Metra Kit sucks, the dial on the unit hits on the inside of the kit making it very difficult to adjust the volume. Also the clips don't work that hold the unit into place. I had to carefully remove and use the ones from the stock unit for it to hold and there was other issues.

The fit and finish of this Metra is just poor quality which is odd because I usually have good luck with them.

Bought a Bluetooth radio for my son's car had it professionally installed and having issues with the button sticking. Considering the price I am not pleased

Bought Scratch and Dent Polk Audio Signature S50, Price $462.53. When delivered had two dents on back of case and fix it with black magic marker. The cases are black to, So do not see dents. The plastic foot on bottom of one speaker was broken. Called Crutchfield, They said that is part of dent and scratchs. Broken foot is neither dent or scratch. Speaker will no stand straight. Will have to glue it. BE aware it's not only dents and scratchs. As you can see in picture i taped for now until glue comes..

Spoke with 2 reps. I had already done my online research. Neither really took the time to understand my level of HT knowledge. I'm not an expert but I'm on my 3rd upgrade of my HT. The first tried to upsell me an HT receiver that was way more than I needed. There were 3 Yamaha receivers that all had the same capabilities. The only difference was watts per channel and price. Via email, I asked him why the more expensive one and he had no real reason. That was the last I heard from him. Are your reps paid a commission?

The second rep was better in helping me work through my question in regards to how the HT receiver I was looking at would support my overall goals for my HT and my wired speakers in the rest of my home. The one thing I really liked was the image sharing the second rep used to make sure we were both talking about the same thing. He was a little unclear on 5.1 vs 7.1 but we worked through it. Like the first rep, he tried to upsell me. This time it was 2 additional sets of speakers before he really knew what my current set up was and what the room would support.

In the end I'm happy with the service. If they are on commission then I understand the upselling but if both reps had taken the time to learn more about what I wanted they could have handled my call faster reducing the wait time of others on hold and maybe even drove more business for you.

I bought some of my items direct from you and some I used my Amex points and indicated Crutchfield as my provider of choice.

Thanks and I will be back.

Could have just been the speaker I ordered and my particular vehicle, but while the instructions were more detailed than what one could find elsewhere, they were incomplete. For example, "Mount the speaker on the adapter plate." Great, I could do that if the adapter plate actually came with more than one bolt (who's going to bolt a brand new speaker to the car/adapter with one bolt?). I would have gladly paid a dollar or two if offered, but it was not. Called customer service when I encountered first install issue. Decided to get a call back. Never did.

TL; DR: The website is more helpful than most. You get some "free" stuff, but not everything you need. Good luck after that.

Do yourself a favor and just get 2 skar audio 10s in a ported box from skar audio for 289.00 with free shipping this paired with an older 500 watt rockford fosgate which we all know is more like 600-700 watts this L7S10 2ohm doesn't even hit as hard as the skar audio 8 that is in a loaded tube. The box from kicker is nice n heavy but this speaker will leave you wanting

Great pricing with additional items needed free with purchase. Extremely fast and free delivery also. Instruction to assist in install very lacking though. Tried to use Youtube also very lacking. Shut down Youtube, put away Crutchfield included cheat sheet, went ahead and just winged it from years of experience although on much simpler systems and finally got it working on my own. Had I known it would be this problematic would have purchased much simpler system.

2 DAY SHIPPING AND PACKAGE WAS NOT RECEIVED. I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OU THAT THEIR WAS A LABEL ISSUE WITH MY PACKAGE AND IT WAS RETURNED TO CRUTCHFIELD. NO NOTIFICATION FROM ANYONE AT CRUTCHFIELD CONCERNING THIS ISSUE.

Love everything about the sales but I ordered factory wired. All is great except clock and date change when car is off. I can't seem to rectify it. The Ford radio had a clock and it was fine

I feel the retro sound radios are Good units, although for the price you should not have to assemble. They should come fully assembled.

Bought a Bose Speaker and at first it had an awesome sound but after sometimes the sound quality reduced to nothing, gotta return it ASAP. Please Provide some details what is your return policy as.

Had to make the speakers fit the mount due to the wrong ones were sent. The electrical connectors did not fit the speakers, so I cut them off and put different ones in. The instruction were generic and not very helpful.

Purchased the Sennheiser RS 5000 as my hearing is degrading and my Sennheiser headphones, while sounding great, were not able to deliver accentuated "Voice" frequencies that I needed. I found of the 5000's 3 different sound programs #1 is not too bad and the bass is not overpowering. #2 is extremely "Tinny" and actually gives me a headache. And #3 is too much bass to hear all speech. The only sound I find acceptable is with no profile engaged, which sounds like my brothers "TV Ears" which cost about 70% less. The only real problem I have is after about 30 minutes of use my ears ache so bad I have to remove the unit. I have tried different positioning and different ear cups but to no avail. If this continues I will have to revert back to my headphones.

2004 WRX aftermarket deck, stock speaker upgrade. After a few days of researching what speakers I wanted and using Crutchfield's "will fit tool" I ordered speakers for front and rear doors. Really excited to install using the free front speaker adapter brackets included! Should be a simple easy job I thought. (I'm not a professional, but I'm not an Amature to this stuff.) boy was I wrong, the included adapter brackets fit the factory spot perfectly! However, Crutchfield didn't actually check to see if the speakers would fit the bracket. They don't. So I'm now fabricating another adapter for the adapter bracket. Not terrible but expected a bit more attention to detail from a company who specializes in this. It won't effect any future purchases I make from them as they are still the best all around.

As for the rear speakers, there was no bracket included, I don't believe there is one made. It just so happens the speaker design fits perfectly in the factory cutout, so I am fabricating a mounting bracket for this as well. Not sure if there is an issue with their "will fit tool" but these speakers def do not fit, but I can make them work!

I really wish I could rate it higher but when I received my package it only was with one wiring harness pack and I needed two. So I had to go to Best Buy and buy another for 15$ when they dont usualy cost that much.

The radio I purchased was great. The expensive install kit which was $180 was cheaply made and the clips did not match up with the OEM parts. So basically I have a nice radio sitting in a crappy aftermarket housing in my dash board. I purchased a $30 kit from a local car audio store that will fit much better. A little disappointed I spent the extra money on the high dollar install kit.
