If you're considering this company, run away! They installed wood floors in my home and it was a nightmare. Floors have 'hills', buckles, etc. Glue on every single plank. They did try to fix the floors, sending various crews. It couldn't be fixed. It was a three month nightmare! I still can't believe that Costco uses this company. (I went through Costco for these floors). In the end, Costco refunded my purchase. I hired a little local company to fix my floors and do the rest of the installation and it came out perfect! So, it was possible!
