Easy design process

This was my first time using Crown Awards and it certainly won't be my last!was very pleased with the whole process: product/ ordering/ shipping/ follow up! Will highly recommend to other peers in the athletic/academic community! You guys make a great team!

The online help was spot on and navigation around the site is easy. I also like the pictures of available options!

I received my shipment the day before I needed them. Apparently two of my toppers was out of stock and I was not notified of it in a timely manner. A different topper was chosen by somebody in your company so that the order could be filled on time. I have one trophy with the wrong engraving.

I have had problems with other award companies delivering by the date the items were promised. Crown was great to use, a secure site with a lot of selection. They delivered everything on time and nothing was broken!
