I had placed my order on a Thursday and was expecting delivery by that Sunday. Well when I didn't receive my package by Monday night I called Fedex to track my package which I found out they basically lost my package. I frantically called Crown Awards and explained what happened and within minutes they ensured me that I would have it reshipped and delivered in two days as our end of season party is this Saturday.

Crown Awards has great products, great pricing and an amazing customer service team. I'm so happy that they were able to fix my problem that Fedex lost the package and would have my replacement asap. I will have a bunch of happy kids on our last game day.

I have been ordering trophies and medals from Crown Awards for several years. This year I made an error on my order and left off 2 of the trophies that were going to be awarded. When I went to check out I felt the shipping costs were too much to justify having the trophies on time so I opted for the cheapest knowing the trophies would arrive after the event. HOWEVER, Crown shipped my order and it miraculously arrived BEFORE the event and I had all trophies on time. I am very grateful to the company and their excellent customer service.

When my wife died, I submitted a testimonial to her for a plaque. Crown Awards made up a nice one at a reasonable price. Then when the back piece that allows it to stand was moving, which I don't think was entirely their fault, although the back piece could not be separated and replaced, they provided an entirely new plaque for me at no charge.

I let an event that I needed several custom awards for sneak up on me. I was able to put in an order on a Monday and have the Awards here by Friday. Total of over 25 awards. AMAZING. And they look great!

I have ordered for years, with a history of same trophy. Yet I order online and put -insert logo,
And They type Insert logo on the trophy and will not get me a refund. I also sent an email to CS right after the order, with a picture of what I needed. No help when I called in. All same day, and no changes no refund. You have lost a great customer!
