I am having a problem removing an old insert to replace it. Customer service didn't seem to have any good ideas either. I still haven't managed to get it off.
Ribbon 2018 stickers weren't straight. Some of the trophys were off aligned. I'm sure these small minor details were because your speed of handle time. I appreciate your speedy shipping. Trophys were an easy fix, but the stickers not so much. They aren't not usable, many probably won't notice, but when they are side by side very noticeable. It's really not a big deal. Just thought I would share your quality might be suffering a bit for speed.

The web site layout doesn't look as fancy as most. But the product, service, cost, and shipping were better than any site with a slick layout.
The site is difficult to figure out and complete the order.

Im very happy. This order was for my first and only Tball team. I helped coach my daughter's softball team for 10 years. This team though was my first team I coached alone and its also my granddaughters team. She will be moving up next year and so will I but this team meant alot to me and I wanted them to have something speacial to remember their first Tball team.
