Very quick turn around on large order of about 40 trophies. All chess related, but not all similar.

Great quality and the time from ordering and receiving was amazing. I had no issues with the ordering process and it was very simple.

The fedex driver and packger is always kind and a long term best friend guy i always knew. He was direct and really scans your stuff and greets you under 3 minutes and really does take off like a bad out of hell.

I placed an order which was due to be delivered the day before my daughters team celebration. The order did not arrive so I placed a call to crown awards and spoke with Myra at *******700 ext 513 who advised me they would open a claim. Since they do not require signatures for deliveries, FedEx denied the claim. When I called back to crown awards and again spoke with Myra, I was offered an in store credit or another order of trophies even though I had stated several times that the order had been replaced by a local trophy store. I was then told there was nothing else that could be done. After making several phone calls between FedEx and crown awards, I was placed on an extended hold by Myra. When she returned a few minutes later, Myra advised they will reopen the claim and provide me with a refund within 7-10 business days. I will NEVER order from here again!

Placed order super quick and easy and was here next day! Price was extremely reasonable and free shipping was awesome!

The website is very inclusive and user friendly. The chat is immediate, courteous and helpful. The products are of excellent quality. Orders are filled immediately - often too fast to cancel! Delivery is very fast - I ordered on a Sat. Evening, and received the item on Tues morning! (I live in NY which helped.) The selections are endless - they aim to please. It's my only go-to place for these products. Crown gets the crown for their products, work ethic and business!
