I love the product but the aluminum sides were dented during delivery. I wish delivery services were gentler with product or that the product was packaged safer.

After using you as a vendor for 20 years still happy with the quality of the product. The only downside is I did not get any skittles.
You should have a more clear way of letting customers supply a FedEx account number. I put it in the notes, but the shipping charge is still showing in the order summary. I didn't actually shop on this site; I simply bought what I was directed to with a website link in an e-mail. I have the company credit card, so I buy the stuff.
Your website displayed two-across checkerboard tape but I received three-across. I reached out to customer service and learned that you don't even carry two-across tape. The image provided was misleading and caused me to hunt further for what we needed and wait longer to receive the right product (from another company.) Your customer service was prompt, though. I was immediately provided the necessary information so that I could get your product back sent back to you the same day. Y'all might want to update the images on your website for this product. ;)
The shopping experience was fine except for the shipping charge. I was quite surprised that I was charged $18.10 for shipping when purchasing an item that cost only $11.99. They could have mailed the one roll of tape in a USPS mailer and sent it via the Post Office much cheaper.
Very user friendly, cost competitive. The banner has damage that appears to have happened during shipping. I have e-mailed infomation about the problem, talked to your employees and e-mailed pictures again. I am still waiting for direction on what to do with the banner and how to get a replacement. Very unsatisfactory results on customer concerns.

However, I really don't appreciate your shipment process.
Since we need your product A.S.A.P., we ordered it 3 days shipping at the end of Feb. Then, I received it on this week. More than 10 business days!
When I followed up to your service representative, my order hadn't even out from your site.
Customers expect the order will be delivered within requested date from the day we placed order.
If you take longer days to get order ready, you must not promise express shipping service.
Although I asked refund of 3 days express shipping, I still haven't got it.
Since I like your products, I'd like you to improve this shipping part.
Also, I strongly recommend that you number your products (items) like part# or catalog#.
Some purchasing software only accept item#s to generate PO.
The reason why I used my credit card to order your product is above reason.
Our software doesn't accept items without item#; therefore, purchasing department refused to place the order to you.

Very slow shipping!
I liked how the prints went down and looks. But it was a little difficult to separate the vinyl from the backing because the cutter cut into the backing so it was peeling a layer of backing with the print.
Just like the title. Everything was easy to order and talking with CSS team members was painless and efficient. Glad to have found them for our labelling and signage needs.

Paid for next day shipping, Creative Safety shipped product on time, no fault to them that FedEx lost my package. Called Creative Safety to order again, company bent over backwards to make sure I got my product in a timely manor (can't say the same for FedEx). They shipped UPS 2nd day and low and behold I received both packages the same day. UPS on time FedEx a week later (with no refund from FedEx).
Great company/great product, just make sure to request UPS!
Ordering was easy and shipped out fast. Pay attention to the type of signage requesting (sticker, backed,...) as I didn't and ordered a sticker/adhesive backed when needing a corrugated backer.
