Creative Safety Supply

Working with the people at Creative Safety Supply(Adam)is great he is very helpful. We just purchased the LabelTac 4 Pro for our plant. It is very useful in marking pipes and machines to help with the "Standard Work" that we are introducing here. We have a large temp force, the LabelTac 4 will help us out on the labeling of parts and equipment.

Except for something being out of stock at the time of order and it held up the shipment until I asked for the stuff in stock ASAP and send the backorder when it came in things were great... It just happened the backorder turned out to be shipped the same day also so things worked out altogether...

Interesting place to shop for lab needs. The price I paid for the labels are high compared to some labels I ordered from another site. We have one engineer that prefers the Red Tag Label I ordered from Creative Safety Supply.

I was alittle worried about ordering the hot knife. My coworker has one he paid $250. The one I got is great works excellent. Did the job as good as the $250. One. I would recommend this to everyone.

It was a bit of a challenge to pick the right size label ribbon. I used the LT402 on the box for a search and wasn't successful. It took a while to find what I needed. A while is too long for a specific product.

Very good experience, I've been contacted by multiple people to ensure that my order was received correctly and offer assistance in setting up my equipment.

I've made the same comment several times. The Website is still not very user friendly, long time customers should get a price break, shipping could be faster.

Good job offering color choice in a spot that is easy to find. Nice having me enter my zip code then auto-filling my city and state. Good stats on size, length, grit size, etc.

Everything was great except being harassed by all of these stupid survey emails. Its annoying and imposing, and it taints the entire (and otherwise perfect) shopping experience.

Nice sample packet of products. Emails with questions answered very promptly. Customer service seems to be very important with this company. That is seldom seen these days.

Working under time constraints, the pre-cut shadows gave our shadow boards and used point hand tool locations a very professional look in a minimal amount of time.
