On July 15th I purchased a set of 3 bras. A popup came up saying I could get them cheaper and with free shipping. I agreed. Then found it was a totally separate order and NOT EVEN IN MY SIZE! I IMMEDIATELY called and tried to stop the 2nd order but no body answered the phone. I called twice and left a voice message both times. Then I emailed them at least 6 times to cancel the entire order. They NEVER responded until July 29th. By this time, They had already shipped both orders and said they could not cancel. They are ONLY on Pinterest and I have reported them to Pinterest. I have sent a complaint with the BBB and I have disputed the purchases with my bank. I do not do business with companies that are run this way. Maybe one of my complaints will get results at which time, I will request a mailing label from the company and send their JUNK back. I received the items the day AFTER I entered my complaint with the BBB. This company is located in Canada, but the phone number on their website is in Michigan! VERY DECEITFUL COMPANY. And they NEVER respond...so... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
