Stay clear. I have ordered my printer and have been waiting for it for over a month to be shipped. Eventually other merchants got them in stock with cheaper prices and faster shipping so I requested to have my order cancelled. They refused. They offered me a worse printer for the same price. The customer service is beyond useless and simply paste pre-recorded broken English responses.
After over a month of waiting and dealing with customer support I was forced to ask for a refund. My printer I bought was oversold and they told me there wouldn't be more. I'm not impressed with creality support... if u do buy one get it on Amazon or something whatever you do don't buy from the creality store. I have always recommended creality products and have gotten them some sales... but thats not gonna happen anymore.
I bought an Ender 3 Pro a couple years ago and it's still going strong. Recently I purchases some ABS and PLA+ from Creality and not only did it come fast, it prints beautifully. No clogs and great layer adhesion. My next printer will be one of theirs. It's a workhorse and creating some unique and beautiful things.

Bought an Ender 3 v2 and it worked perfectly from the first print. This printer has perfect layers and is easily assembled. 5/5 stars, best on the market
THis company will happily take your money but they will not ever contact you other than that. And if you reach out to them they will avoid you even more
