Crazycameras

I ordered a camera sony hx5 from this site. They deduct teh money from my account and I did not hear from there, after two weeks and a call to their site, which is actually an answering machine and never answer the calls, they made an excuse because of the volcano. Also they informed me that their distribution centre is based in America! There is no notes about this in the web site and it was new to me. Having said that after three weeks I sent another e-mail to them and requested that they refund my money, so they sent a confirmation that they will refund. I purchased the camera on 2 April 2010. And still have not got any refund, today is 5th of May. I think poeple should become aware of this cheating site. Itemized Order:
