I finally got a Sizzix Big Shot machine and began searching for Bigz dies, so my grandkids and I could turn cardboard and junk mail into fun designs. I found quite a few on Ebay and Etsy but then discovered Craft Direct, where brand-new dies are available for less-than-secondhand prices! I will definitely be shopping with them in the future. My order was professionally packaged and the dies are indeed brand-new, unopened and in perfect condition.
UPDATE: After writing the review below, I tried another tactic and reached out to the company on FB Messenger. After 4 days, I actually received a response. After asking for photos of the wrinkled cardstock, they did resend the damaged items in a rigid mailer. I still would not have confidence in them going forward, but at least they did the right thing in this instance. Ordered a pack of cardstock and some embellishment packs. They sent it in a soft sided envelope with no protection for the cardstock so it is wrinkled. I have tried emailing and calling -- no response at all! It says the following on their website: "We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of service. We make it our goal to put a smile on each of our customers' faces." NOT TRUE IN MY EXPERIENCE! I am certainly not smiling about the money wasted on wrinkled cardstock.

prices are pretty good. i like that i got free shipping after spending a certain amount i wish it wasnt so much other wise and wish i could find dicount codes for the site but overall im happy!
You have a great variety. I could not find how to look at my "cart" unless I added an item.
I have some trouble trying to go through items after I add them to my cart, besides that great easy checkout!
I found quite a few things that I was unable to find anywhere else. However, it would be nice if when ordering both in stock and pre order, all of the items are not held until the pre orders are received.
Products were all ijn good condition but I wasn't happy how it didn't give me any tracking notification or delivery confirmation...wondering if it came ,or if it's coming soon or when. Tacking info is important to assure us,loyal customers ,that our ordered.items were not lost or stolen,especially it's not just one item we ordered but in bulk!
Checkout did not go smoothly. While I was logging in, my shopping cart was emptied. Had to recreate my shopping cart.
Would love to have found where I could have gotten a discount code but so far so good. I would have liked to be notified that my product was on the way so that I could keep an eye out for it to not be left on my front doorstep. I did receive it and began to use it right away. My cricket explore fit snug was a little worried at first but I realized that if I put one end in first and then the other it went in great. It would have been nice to have directions to assemble the bag but it was really easy enough after you looked at it as what to do. I can't wait to travel with my cricket.
Once I put item in shopping cart, hard to get back to previous page I was shopping from.Had to start over in category I was shopping in (dies, embellishments, etc.). No other problems. Thumbs up!
I wish the shipping rates were a bit more affordable. Maybe a flat rate box? I would have ordered more if the shipping was less.
Overall good website and great prices. Would have liked more product offerings in the same family...ie more 'say cheese' papers and embellishments for coordination.
The system would not let me use coupon discount. I tried 3 and none worked. Most likely won't order again.
The site shows free shipping on orders over $49.00, but there is no option to select the free shipping, so you have to choose a shipping method. Lowest shipping is $7.44. CS stated shipping would be credited back.
I enjoy the variety of items CraftDirect provides. They often have items that I am looking to add to my long term collection, that cannot be found in stores. I use them for all my cartridges.
There's a section to submit coupon codes, but no information on how to obtain a coupon code. :(
Not sure which order you are confirming. One came but it was wrong merchandise so I am in the process of exchanging. The other order came promptly and no problems. Website okay. Don't really remember whether ordering was easy or what. Response from Customer Service very good in regards to the exchange. Very responsive to emails.
Some problems checking out. I had to set up another account since you did not recognize my password. I checked out through PayPal as I always do.
Great to find items I was looking for at good prices and FREE Shipping offer at a very reasonable low thresh hold to qualify. Overall, your site was easy to navigate. Disappointed, though, with items I wanted that were Out of Stock.
The order was complete in fulfillment, but some of the items were filthy and those that came in plastic-like containers (washi tape) were bent/crushed out of shape...possibly during shipment in the padded envelope they were shipped in rather than a box. Hence, the downgrade 5* to 4*. Overall, I am still pleased with my order, prices paid and the free shipping option at a low threshold to meet.
I couldn't view the images on a cricuit cartridge, the screen would freeze every time I tried. Had I been able to view the images, I might have brought that cartridge. (Outdoor Man0
I appreciate free shipping & no tax!!! This is why I chose your site to order from. A little more info on the easy press would have been helpful. Others show a resting tray the press sits in. I'm Really hoping this is the same thing. I hope it ships quickly :) Thank You!
The shipping was way to much. If I didn't want these items so much I wouldn't pay that much for shipping. That was not right to pay that large of an amount!!!!!
I'm excited to receive my products I ordered, but the one spray paint cap was broken and paint had been spraying inside the cap. Maybe put the products in a box instead of an envelope.
It was not so bad. It gave me problems, telling me I could not order the item then in a minute that I could, so it took some extra time.
First time ordering - must have timed out earlier and items disappeared from cart - had to go through and add them again.
prices are great but the shipping is too much. Hopefully the products are worth the extra costs on the shipping.
