I finally got a Sizzix Big Shot machine and began searching for Bigz dies, so my grandkids and I could turn cardboard and junk mail into fun designs. I found quite a few on Ebay and Etsy but then discovered Craft Direct, where brand-new dies are available for less-than-secondhand prices! I will definitely be shopping with them in the future. My order was professionally packaged and the dies are indeed brand-new, unopened and in perfect condition.
UPDATE: After writing the review below, I tried another tactic and reached out to the company on FB Messenger. After 4 days, I actually received a response. After asking for photos of the wrinkled cardstock, they did resend the damaged items in a rigid mailer. I still would not have confidence in them going forward, but at least they did the right thing in this instance. Ordered a pack of cardstock and some embellishment packs. They sent it in a soft sided envelope with no protection for the cardstock so it is wrinkled. I have tried emailing and calling -- no response at all! It says the following on their website: "We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of service. We make it our goal to put a smile on each of our customers' faces." NOT TRUE IN MY EXPERIENCE! I am certainly not smiling about the money wasted on wrinkled cardstock.

Price is good. Shipping takes time. Packaging of product is flimsy. Product arrived damaged. Choose wisely what u order as packaging is not very thoughtful…jus saying. I'm so sad.
I am very pleased with my items. This business offers a TON of crafting supplies. It took me two days to sift through it all it to get it on one order.
I never got an email of product shipment but was able to call and get it.
Overall I am pleased and will be back.
My biggest issue is that I don't care for the way the cart automatically empties if I walk away or want to research items elsewhere. Every time I came back I had to start over. Wasted a lot of time and effort to find everything again (three times). I also found the order page a little confusing when I couldn't get the order to actually be placed; turns out I had not pressed an "update' button after filling in a required field (my phone number). I would never have expected that not to simply "update" by my typing into the field. This wouldn't really have been a big deal except that in clicking again to try to figure out the problem, I couldn't tell if I was placing the order twice and/or possibly authorizing Paypal twice.
while some prices are better, some are not. Shipping to military is free, but it would take almost 3 months if you sent it anything other than priority and priority is crazy expensive. Please work on better shipping prices for our military especially since you offer free shipping, but realistically the military could move us in 3 months and then it takes that much longer to get our stuff and we pay pretty good money for our stuff.

No coupon codes i found would work. Also on check out it says 2 day shipping was a long time over that amount . like 8 to 10 days and the shipping didn't update just kept saying processing . I had to call just to see if the order went thru
It's annoying how I'm constantly getting logged out even though I leave my web browser on my cart. Also, the last time I placed an order with you, for some reason my order was shipped to Pennsylvania - I live in New York and my address was correct everywhere - my order, through PayPal and on my account. It was eventually corrected but half my order had to be refunded bc the products I had ordered were out of stock. I really hope this doesn't happen again.
Ordering process was not the best but other than that, everything was good.......order shipped on Friday, December 15th. I paid for 2 day priority. Did not receive item until Tuesday, December 26th. I do know it was the holiday season and a very busy time, however, all other packages from other places were received in a very timely manner and a couple of them I didn't even pay more for shipping (regular shipping).
This is a re-order plus a couple of other items . First order received damaged and cannot give as holiday gift as intended. Order was shipped in a bag not a BOX and was crushed. Want this replacement order shipped in a BOX and a return of the original order. Sent 2 messages already with no response.
I had to place items into my cart repeatedly. Although I promptly received an email to change my password, I had to make several attempt to login. I then was directed to pay with PayPal. I got nervous because the website was not https. I left that website and started over. This was a confusing and scary experience. I have made a previous purchase without incident and hope that this one will be okay too. Please look into possible hacking. Thanks.
Website slow and kept locking up. Disappointed that it was not made clear these cartridges required universal overlay.
When I select continue shopping I should not have to input the category and then scroll through all the pages, it should take me back to where I selected the item I just added to the shopping cart.
UPS trailer came in late, so it missed the trailer. Then UPS takes it to my local post office to delivery the last leg. I live less than 2 miles from the post office, there was no reason UPS could not have delivered it. This delayed my shipment by another day. I spent over $100, I do feel waiting about 7 business days for delivery is good customer service.
I wish the shipping was not so high .I think $7.95 for paper is A lot. I wanted to order more than 4 packs of paper . But it said it was not available. Looks like I will have to pay that high shipping cost again ,if you get more paper in. .
took me FOREVER to check out--log in--I must have typed in the hidden letters 15 times--I don't appreciate feeling stupid because you say I am not typing in correct letters. finally you say I am already registered--finally got thru and now paying a FORTUNE in shipping. I will think twice before ordering again.
You asked for my experience, and when I give a low mark, it is automatically assumed that I have a problem, when in fact there are issues with the site. Please do not blame the customer for a dysfunctional site. It would have been nice to have some more icons visible to be seen, not just having to search the drop down menu to see where everything is hidden. If I had not been brought to this site for Tim Holtz, I would not have bothered to hunt for things. I did like the prices, but not the function of the site. There is supposed to be free shipping on orders over $49. My order is well over that. After applying the coupon code from my last order, which saved me $8, I could no longer select the free shipping, so the shipping cost me $16. I tried redoing to not use the coupon code, but it would not allow me to do that. I spent a lot of time trying, but was not able to. This is very frustrating, because the coupon code ended up costing me money. Because I need a couple of the items in this order before Christmas, I have ordered anyway, but am not sure I'd order here again.
You flashed this box on the screen before I could finish looking at my order, and now I can't tell if my gift card / credit card combination payment went thru successfully. You would have recv'd a higher score if this hadn't happened.
Two issues: at first I didn't understand that I had to create an account to use Paypal to check out. Then I had trouble with the CAPTCHA
Your website has a couple of pretty obnoxious design flaws - shopping carts are tied to short-lived browser sessions rather than persistent cookies, and logging in to an existing account clears the shopping cart and either leaves it empty, or replaces it with the contents of the last cart the signed-in account had created.
It took me 5 times to register and place my order. Had to order multiple times nothing stayed in my cart.
It took me about 12 tries to get registered. Need an option to show password while entering both times. Also needed a few tries to be able to read a captcha and enter correctly
Very hard to find items. You should try to separate out the items better. I only wanted to look at steel rule dies but had to search through many more. If I use the search it pulls so many items that did not match my search words. Also if I left my cart sitting for any length of time all my items disappeared so back through the goose chase to find them. You have great prices but the site is frustrating.

However, my order was held because one item out of the eight that i ordered was out of stock/back order. when i placed order i was not informed of that, nor was i informed of this after it was processed. my order was held because of that one item. i ordered on the 15th i finally called on the 19th because there was no update on shipping. that is when i was told that all the items were being held because the one would take two to six weeks to possibly be restocked. i am just wondering why i was never sent an email. these items were meant to be gifts. if i had not called i might still be waiting. the items were shipped out on the 19th, seven of them, the eighth item that was on back order ended up arriving three days before the others. not sure how that happens. nevertheless, the items are here. they were packaged well and are in perfect condition. overall, i would order again simply because the availability and selection are really great. better communication and correspondence would be great as well.
