I finally got a Sizzix Big Shot machine and began searching for Bigz dies, so my grandkids and I could turn cardboard and junk mail into fun designs. I found quite a few on Ebay and Etsy but then discovered Craft Direct, where brand-new dies are available for less-than-secondhand prices! I will definitely be shopping with them in the future. My order was professionally packaged and the dies are indeed brand-new, unopened and in perfect condition.
UPDATE: After writing the review below, I tried another tactic and reached out to the company on FB Messenger. After 4 days, I actually received a response. After asking for photos of the wrinkled cardstock, they did resend the damaged items in a rigid mailer. I still would not have confidence in them going forward, but at least they did the right thing in this instance. Ordered a pack of cardstock and some embellishment packs. They sent it in a soft sided envelope with no protection for the cardstock so it is wrinkled. I have tried emailing and calling -- no response at all! It says the following on their website: "We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of service. We make it our goal to put a smile on each of our customers' faces." NOT TRUE IN MY EXPERIENCE! I am certainly not smiling about the money wasted on wrinkled cardstock.
I'm wondering if some of these reviews for craft direct are written by people who have been paid to write them. My experience with this vender is far from what some here have written. I have been waiting well over two months to have a Cameo 4 shipped. Others I know have reported the same thing. Waiting for orders to be fulfilled for months on end. Plus their cart Is very buggy. You try to place an order and it takes you to a server error message. I mentioned it to them but they still haven't fixed it. I also noticed that this business is not Better Business Bureau accredited either, and they have several complaints about them on the BBB website.
I placed an order on May 5,2020. As of today July 27,2020 I still have not received my order. I called them and canceled my order. Expecting a full refund and only received partial refund. So I called them back, because they know what number I called from they sent it to voice mail instead of taking the call. So I call from a different number and talk with someone to find out why only a partial refund and the girl tells me they will process a correction and it will take between 3 and 5 days then hangs up on me. I call back again and they send my call to voice mail.
They do not have good customer service and i would not recommend using them.
Your website is cumbersome, when you try to go back it is unresponsive. The free shipping above $49 did not work yesterday but works today.
My $80+ worth of paper products came in a bubble wrap package envelope wherein one of my sticker sheets was bent and in the process adhered to the inside of the bubble envelope. I emailed customer service promptly after receiving my order on Thurs. with pictures and I'm still waiting on a reply to replace this (it is now Saturday). I've ordered from other online scrapbook suppliers and it's either sent in a box or atleast has a board inside the packaging envelope to protect the paper products from bending in a ziplock bag. Poor packaging.
I emailed about free shipping since this is my first order with your company... I got an email about being expired when i just saw an ad with free shipping and i couldn't find it. This has not been a good experience
My paypal information was correct and yet I had to sign up for an account which I will never use. You don't offer any sewing supplies so I only wanted to make a one time purchase. To do so I had to jump through so many hoops as your captchas are unclear and took several attempts to make said purchase. I hope the item is pink as advertised because there was no guarantee in the description.
It took 35 min just to set up account because of the I'm no robot...but I couldn't purchase unless I made an account..didnt want account but was forced to
I do not understand why it took more than 7 times to order this item. Also, I tried to use the 10% discount and was unable to. I finally changed credit cards and the order went through, though without the discount.
It was very very very difficult to register for an account. I had to contact the company before I was able to register. If I didn't really want the stuff I ordered I would have quit after 5 tries. Thanks
I feel that the postage for this product is way out of line. No way all it cost that much to send this small package.
I have had problems with this order. It wouldn't accept my order, so I called & had an employee enter the order. I watched the account on my page, and it said "Processing". 2 weeks later I called & they finally figured out "Your credit card company is not approving the transaction." I called Discover who looked at my account & said the records showed your company would immediately send the money back to my account when they approved the transaction. I have been successfully using this card during the 2 weeks. I had to try using a credit card I didn't want to use to try to complete my order. I hope it works this time. This order has taken me, and your employees HOURS, and I'm not confident it will even work.
Not able to place my order, was told to call, when I did, was told computers were down. Called two days later, no answer. I was also unable to apply my 10% discount to this order.
I found it very hard to checkout did not understand what I payed for and what I will receive. Pre-ordered do not no if charged.
I saw and ad on Google before I ordered and it had this die on sale for $41.99 with free shipping. I did try to call you today but you are closed. I did order the die today anyway and I just thought I would talk to you later. I will also send you and email with the picture of the ad.

Very Pricy on Shipping! AND shipped out the cheapest way possible! (FEDEX SMARTPOST) which took 9 days from Utah to Michigan!!! and all for the price of $12.20 Shipping and Handling! It also took them 21 days to even SEND my order. When I first purchased my items they were NOT preorders. (There shipment got delayed, and THEN they put them up as PREORDER. Also, they stuffed my purchases into an enveloped and mailed it. The boxes beat to you know what, BUT it doesn't matter to me, as they are Sweet SugarBelle cookie cutters and they can take the abuse. I am SO GLAD to be done with this order. I will NEVER, EVER use CraftDirect again!
The captcha was of such a lousy quality that it took me over half an hour to create an account. Please adapt system!
I kept trying to order yesterday, and finally gave up at 11 pm. So glad I saw it still in my cart and was able to complete the transaction. The order got stuck at the shipping screen.
Stop making customers jump through hoops "selecting pictures".

website says free shipping for orders over $99 yet my $135 order is charged shipping. Can't get Lastpass to work. Can't get discount code to work. shopping for dies to go with the Cgull I ordered, but some dies descriptions don't give the dimentions.
I ordered over $100 worth of supplies & materials. It says I would get FREE shipping. When I went to check out I did NOT get this option. I wanted what I ordered, and paid and additional $15+ for shipping. I sure would like a reimbursement OR store credit!
this was not an easy order. Finally after the third try and deleting and reordering items I was able to order. You didn't accept any of the 2 coupons I had and it looks like I only get 10 of the 30 items I ordered.

You do not say Free Shipping applies to US only until the end of order - when I come nevertheless the price + the shipping cost, I could have bought ugh this it here in Canada cheaper!
This is my 3rd try in placing this order. It took me 2 nights to reset my password. When I finally got to "place order" I was told there was a problem and I should call. When I called, my order was no longer in the cart (which happened multiple times) and I was told to call back with the sku numbers. It has been frustrating, but I am happy that at last my order was accepted.
