The only thing that could be improved would be if search was more precise. When entering "embossing powder" I was taken to 25 pages of embossing products. "No matches" would be more efficient.

I'm excited to receive my products I ordered, but the one spray paint cap was broken and paint had been spraying inside the cap. Maybe put the products in a box instead of an envelope.

The site shows free shipping on orders over $49.00, but there is no option to select the free shipping, so you have to choose a shipping method. Lowest shipping is $7.44. CS stated shipping would be credited back.

I enjoy the variety of items CraftDirect provides. They often have items that I am looking to add to my long term collection, that cannot be found in stores. I use them for all my cartridges.

You have a great variety. I could not find how to look at my "cart" unless I added an item.

Not sure which order you are confirming. One came but it was wrong merchandise so I am in the process of exchanging. The other order came promptly and no problems. Website okay. Don't really remember whether ordering was easy or what. Response from Customer Service very good in regards to the exchange. Very responsive to emails.

Some problems checking out. I had to set up another account since you did not recognize my password. I checked out through PayPal as I always do.

Great to find items I was looking for at good prices and FREE Shipping offer at a very reasonable low thresh hold to qualify. Overall, your site was easy to navigate. Disappointed, though, with items I wanted that were Out of Stock.

The order was complete in fulfillment, but some of the items were filthy and those that came in plastic-like containers (washi tape) were bent/crushed out of shape...possibly during shipment in the padded envelope they were shipped in rather than a box. Hence, the downgrade 5* to 4*. Overall, I am still pleased with my order, prices paid and the free shipping option at a low threshold to meet.

Was concerned when tracking my order I wasn't getting any updates. Website said in process the whole time including after it arrived on my front door.
Was going to cancel my order was afraid it wasn't going to get here in time.
But everything worked out!

I couldn't view the images on a cricuit cartridge, the screen would freeze every time I tried. Had I been able to view the images, I might have brought that cartridge. (Outdoor Man0

I appreciate free shipping & no tax!!! This is why I chose your site to order from. A little more info on the easy press would have been helpful. Others show a resting tray the press sits in. I'm Really hoping this is the same thing. I hope it ships quickly :) Thank You!

The shipping was way to much. If I didn't want these items so much I wouldn't pay that much for shipping. That was not right to pay that large of an amount!!!!!

love your site, however, would be nice to "continue shopping" on the last page I was viewing rather than start search again

I like the shopping experience, but shipping is too expensive for what was ordered; less than a pound package. Also none of the coupons I tried to use didn't work. Very disappointing.

Easy to look up items by item numbers, but no so easy to search for items by name, eg., score boards, did return any score boards.

It was not so bad. It gave me problems, telling me I could not order the item then in a minute that I could, so it took some extra time.

Everything was great. The only thing I didn't like is that I wanted to be able to look at just thinlets but had to look at all go through everything to see what you had.

Shopping experience was good but I would welcome an email confirming shipment date along with carrier's name and tracking #

Cheap price, fast order, but no estimate on shipping time. Free could mean months, it could mean 2 days..

I was happy to find what I wanted at better prices, until I was hit with a whopping $14 postage charge! And that was the least i get, unless I more than doubled my order to get the "free shipping on orders over $99. What a rip-off.

I was told over the phone I could have and option with my free shipping either ups or usps. It just gave me the option for free shipping since my order was over $99.00 but it did not let me choose ups as my shipping method,

I was shopping on my phone forgot my password had to reset it and then lost everything in my cart. I was able to start all over again and get the items I needed.
