When onw think of purchasing a new craft, the fear of perfect perfect work worries the mind. This is so because human art are said to be never perfect. Nonetheless, at Crafts Cut, what you get is your monies worth of a warming, magnificent and simplistic perfect work of art.
I could not be happier, every time I place an order I am blown away! The quality is amazing, the cuts on the Texas pieces are so detailed and so beautiful, I am so glad I found this company!
Poor customer service. I spoke with a rep from the company before placing the order. I expressed concern about needing a product shipped to me by a certain date. The rep calculated a timeframe for production, shipping and delivery that I agreed to, then the item was not delivered according to the timeline that the rep communicated.
I would have paid a rush fee if I thought that the time line was not feasible. I requested a refund and a different company rep was not willing to accept responsibility for the miscommunication on their company's end. I needed the product I ordered by a certain date. It arrived too late.
I'll never patronize Craft Cuts again, and I would advise that you pay a rush fee if you do, because they dropped the ball on my delivery.
