California Pizza Kitchen

We had a lunch at California pizza kitchen at Stanford mall San Jose ca, manager asked us to loved you other sitting area and offer free dessert. After lunch we can ordered dessert and they said you will get just one dessert since we were 4 people and it was bad offers. I went to the bathroom after one employee and I can tell that she urinated on the toilet set and didn't clean it. Bathroom was full of dirty paper towels on the floor and trash cans were full. We love California pizza kitchen food and this time we had a bad experience.

We had a bad experience when picking up our order a couple of weeks ago. There was no dressing for the salads, protein was forgotten, and the pizza was a completely different order. There were no utensils or bread that we requested. When I called the restaurant I spoke with Arturo the manager and he made it more than better. He took care of us completely at our next visit. We had such a great experience with Arturo, we will definitely be back!

I ordered a pizza at 12:00 and they told me that we don't deliver in my area as it was3 km away after that when ask'em about amy refund they said i'll be transfered in 20-25 working days! Are you serious,if i don't receive my reund asap will write more reviews

The takeout guy was rude rude rude, was full of himself when picking up the order, we paid extra for avocado and was none, forgot 2 salads. He argued with me saying he didn't see my salad therefor it was not ordered when i was looking at on my paid receipt. No staff would be better then that quality of service. I had to ask for a manager that asked if i wanted a refund, I explained that I rather have my 2 staff get their meal that was ordered. After 25 minutes they finally agreed to have it brought out to us.

Horrible service,many times We went to California Pizza Kitchen,I never seen this kind of bad services,bad pizza,always California pizza worst and worst,last nigh we went to eat pizza usually they bring first oil and bread she forgot,even I told her I want bread and oil she told me oh i'm sorry i'm gonna bring you again forgot! Also they always forget to bring spoon and fork! You always have to say where is spoon and fork very unprofessional,also I requested drink she told me I'm sorry we don't have this is stupid answer I every hear as you seen in the picture California club in my table doesn't have avocado and all vegetable is not fresh as you seen color changed,how run this business he will bankruptcy soon I remember a few years ago had too many customers,but now noting only maybe 3 table,because new customer and they don't know about how bad service and workers,that's why north Italy always busy because they have excellent service and quality,this was my last time good luck

We were in a hurry because I had to get shoes for my son and they made space for us. So accommodating. The food was great the manager came over and greeted us even though they were super busy. I had Been there in a while and their menu is always changing in that's cool. I wanted to barbecue chicken pizza but the manager offered to make me an off the menu pizaa! It was Amazing. The whole experience was a blessing In disguise. Kaysie was the manager. My bartender was Amber. Five stars for both. This was at the Cerritos location and I will definitely be back to visit soon because of the amazing manger who went above and beyond for me and my son!

01/22/2021. Online order to pickup at 6:00pm, Kahala... arrived at 6 to a disorganized pickup service counter. Customers were confused at the pickup line and no management around to direct crowd, boils down to poor management! Finally got to the counter to pay and pickup at 6:22 for my now cold pizza and soggy appetizers, before leaving asked Olo if everything is in the bag to go, I was assured everything was there... got to my car to find no condiments or napkins, very disappointed in the service, hope the management improves because people in line waiting had the same feeling!

It's not my habit to rave about a restaurant website, but I've never seen one like this before. California Pizza Kitchen has great food, but that's just the half of it. When I decided to get some carryout, I went to CPK's site to order online. There wasn't one need I had that it didn't anticipate, including offering to bring my order to curbside, a big plus in my big city where there is a parking ban during rush hour at the restaurant. Everything was ready for me when I arrived, and I was served with a smile. Really, this is above and beyond for a restaurant chain!

The waiter didn't give me my drink until 20 minutes after I got there. He also gave me a kids Mac n cheese instead of my dish. Not good

I have been visiting CPK Brentwood for many years. I recently suffered a terrible experience at CPK Brentwood. I entered a near-empty restaurant Saturday evening, hoping to eat at the bar. No one bothered to set the table, offer me a glass of water or provide me with a menu. I waited over 20 minutes, twice asking the gentlemen handling takeout if I could order. Twice he pointed to the hostess by the door, said she would have to take the order. Twice this gentlemen asked the young lady at the door if she could help out. She looked at her colleague, looked at me and turned her back. When finally I asked this young lady myself if she could take my order, she refused even to answer me, prompting her colleagues assisting people on the terrace to mention to her that a customer (me) needed assistance. This young woman couldn't have cared less. When I walked out, and mentioned to her that her service was atrocious, she made a snarky comment to me.

Unfortunately, customer service at Brentwood CPK has become increasingly "spotty." And I get that this young lady isn't from Brentwood or the Westside, and I get that she might harbor some anger toward the type of customers that predominate at Brentwood CPK. But, Holy Cow, no customer should ever be treated rudely and certainly not like this.

We were amazed at the size (small 10 inch) of the pizzas and the prices ($20 and up)! Food was ok but that will be our last CPK meal!

Bake Pizza at home was inadequate. No cheese on cheese pizza. Very Small. Probably only feed two people.
