Good luck getting any money back out. All of their sites have a ridiculous policy on deposits.
Even if no bonus is accepted, you must wager your deposit five times over. Apparently 'it's to help prevent money laundering'. Absolute rubbish, there are thousands of other gambling sites which don't operate this policy.

Currently in touch with the gambling commission about these sites! Self excluded me without me even doing it! With a date 1-1-1970! Yeh i was not even born then! Lol taken my deposit and then logged me out and self excluded me to above date! Asked for refund and i have to send id including my bank statement! Why didnt they do this at the registration? And they say i self excluded myself on another one of their sites! Err so why accept my registration on another of their sites? AND take my deposit! Never self excluded in the first place!

Crap site I got my mate to £1,800 then was told she could only withdraw £30 and she must send them ID b4 she could even withdraw that. Cozy should be closed down its obviously ripping off customers
