After all of the reviews I thought I'd give it a try. I expected based off the website this product was American made and was shocked to see it shipping out of India. That was the first upset. Items arrived and after opening them if you're into biker leather and want your expensive patio furniture to be covered in it this is the product for you. Lastly the most upsetting is the fact these can't be returned for my money back. I wish there would have been more honest reviews especially since the company won't accept any returns. Very disappointed

I repeatedly asked on phone about canvas covers that are meant specifically to cover foam rubber cushions - I did not want water prrtection covers for over cushions. The rep could NOT answer my question and when I received sample book saw that you do NOT offer those.

Received the items. Placed the pergola cover on ground, one side is 2 inches out of square. Folded it back up placed it in "free bag" lifted the bag and the handle pulled off. What kind of junk are you selling? Do I need to contact my credit card company with a complaint?

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer.
