I was hesitant at first when I first check Couture Candy online because of the reviews I read about it. To see is to believe as what others use to say and I tried. I can say I was brainwashed by the negative reviews because Couture Candy's Customer Service is really great. When I call to order, I had an amazing Customer Service Representative on the line who is very patient with a customer like me. They also made a follow up through email that made me feel secure and everything is being taken cared of. Thank you Couture Candy! I believe Couture Candy more than I believe those negative reviews that are just trolling around.
Excellent site. Everything is well thought out; select outfit by function, color, designer, sales, new items. And what a selection; for all ages. Easy to see if you're interested in an outfit; you swipe the picture to see different colors, back, side and front views w/o taking time to open up that particular window.

I love the choices and fairly prices
I purchased a dress from CoutureCandy and it arrived with shoe marks on the bottom of the dress along with dirt as if it had been dragged. In addition the dress was to have four jewels on the jacket. One had been ripped off (you can see the threads from the Jewel) the jacket.
It would be wise to look at the dress before it ships to make sure it is in good shape. I'm in the process of waiting for the claims dept. take back the dress and switch it for another one. I hope the new one is in better shape.
I tried to text with them as there was a link to do so. I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally left the chat. I found the phone number and called. Customer service was pleasant and helpful.

The dress is absolutely stunning and identical to the picture! Initially, I had some reservations, but the dress turned out to be incredibly beautiful. It reached Iceland within 8 days, and everything was perfect—no missing pieces or torn on some places. I'm eagerly looking forward to wearing it on my wedding day :)

At first, I didn't get any confirmation of the purchase or hear anything back for about 4 to 5 days. I was worried, and luckily, I was able to get in touch with someone from customer service. They were able to help me with the issue and gave me updates on the order since that communication. The dress arrived 2 business days later. Everything was in good condition and before the date I was told it would arrive. Satisfied with the purchase, although, I did not hear anything about the order until I decided to reach out to them.
First time ordering from candy couture. Easy experience, quick shipping & dress was the same as the one tried on in store at a much lower cost.

I did not expect this dress to come within 5 days and it truly blew my mind. It was so gorgeous and fit me so well.
I am 4'10, so I got a 2 and the corset fit me so very well. It was a little long but it is nothing I can't fix! The dress is so perfect and it truly fits me so well and I'm so happy for such a good experience for my prom dress!

Couldn't find the gown in my size any place else.
I went to a bridal shop to see this dress (their website said they carried this brand) and was told they didn't have any dresses in this brand in the store. Furthermore, it would take 6 months to order one in! I came home, found my dress on CoutureCandy and had it in 5 days. Great service and free shipping. Win, win!

At first I got no updates about my package and then I called customer service and Crissa made sure it was on its way and taken care of. When I got the dress I was just amazed by how beautiful it was and how it looked EXACTLY like the picture! Very impressed and will buy from here again!

Quality was very poor on the TWO dresses I ordered. Very Cheap looking & feeling, dresses also had an odor!
Customer Service was non existent, their return /exchange policy is nearly impossible to obtain, far different then what is stated.
Save your money, dresses are not as appear!
They also do not except any reviews on their page unless glowing! I wondered why none of the dresses had reviews!
Tip for consumers:
Again , Customer Service and Quality of dresses were HORRIBLE !!

I apprehensive about ordering such an expensive item from a new online store. I received the dress approximately five business days after I placed my order. I was a little bit worried at first that I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email so I called but it was outside of business hours, they actually called me back! I am very happy with their service and I ended up receiving the dress a day later which made me feel bad about calling in the first place. Either way I'm very happy with their service and the quality of the dress as well.
Although I did not speak to anybody when I called because I called outside of business hours I received a phone call first thing in the morning the next day. I am very happy to know that they have live people working and that they care about their customers.
I like the amount of pictures and different angles taken to show the dimensions of the dress and different angles to give you a better idea of what you're purchasing. I also liked the amount of reviews that made me want to trust the website.
