The head of the Costumer Support reached out to me and ended up issuing me a refund for the purchase. So, after all, my problem was solved.
The content was extremely superficial so I requested for a refund on the same day of the purchase and they denied it saying that it was discretionary and I didn't qualify for it. When you sign up they don't mention this and just say that you have the right to a refund. Terrible content, awful costumer service and bad business practices!
