Broken zippers and oversized hoods on costume material. This is not the type of clothes I thought I was getting it's so bad I got back on here to make sure my reviews are still good and I'm not one to leave a review but this is a rip off

Shame on me, I should have read Cotosen's reviews before placing my order. I had to return the two shirts due to size and the design did not match their web site description. The return process is horrible. You can not speak to anyone, all done thru e-mail. Like others have stated, they try to offer you a credit to purchase other items instead of getting a refund. I kept pressing for the refund which I eventually got after they took back the discount promotional offered for the shirts. It took 11 e-mails back and forth to try and reason with them. They kept saying the reason for a refund less than what I paid was for shipping charges. But after asking my bank to help with this it was determined they withdrew the promotional discount. Buyer beware!

Son muchos los perjudicados,si investigas un poco entenderán lo que digo de que es una ESTAFA son cientos de personas con reseñas negativas, mala calidad y te mandan lo que no se pidió etc etc
