On 7-22-2020 We got a phone call on afternoon from Alla Kashmir@ Corporate Housing Systems she sounded very honest and wanted to help us get back some of the losses we have experienced with our Time Share. It sounded great, they use your 6 getaway weeks rent them out for you and you make a sbstatial profit. We were promised they could do this in 180 day. The cost was $2,394 in witch we had to sign up and pay for by C. C. while on the phone. There promise was $1,600 to $1,800 per week paid to you each time a week was rented. We checked out there web site while on the phone, looked legitimate and had great reviews. Sounded good so we signed up. Alla gave us her personal ext and said call he direct if we had any concerns. We received an email in October that was an offer with instructions on how to contact RCI to get availability and or alternatives within one mile. The check in dates on every offer we received were 4 to 6 weeks out there was never an availability. And when there was an occasional alternate it was never accepted. We received 6 offers in 7 months, none of witch were reasonable offers. Everyone in the Time Share Industry knows you have to plan 6 to 9 months even a year in advance to get what you want. I tried numerous times to contact Alla, was never able to reach her and never a call back as I was told, only excuses. I reach out to the escalations numorious times and explained the check in dates were not reasonable. More excuses. Some times I could not make it past the 3rd party answering service, and didn't get a call back. Just yesterday I finally received my first reasonable offer on 4-5-2021 and the check-in date was 9-17-21. Unfortunately now I am in the process of getting out of my time share and can't do anything with RCI or my getaway vacations with out jeopardizing that. So BEWARE it may look good on the surface but do your homework. Don't trust there fake reviews, there are plenty of reviews out there from other victims like us. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!

Just as explained by customer service, we have been submitting offers to you in regards to the time. Unfortunately, when it comes to alternatives, we can not force them to use them, but we do cross reference them with additional events to see if we can match it. Once the representatives have their inventory filled, they no longer are in the office, and all calls or messages are forwarded to customer service so we can assist you. Just as stated to you in the email to you today, prior to signing up, you did not mention beginning a lawsuit or trying to get out of your timeshare. When we spoke yesterday and became informed of this information, the account was evaluated and the options were provided, you declined the options. We are working diligently but are not able to move forward without you. We will follow up with an update
