Timeshare tours are overrated and not enough information is provided when locking into them. I recently found out about renting my time and want to thank Corporate Housing Systems for what they've shown me I can take advantage of. It has been an easy process and my guarantees are being fulfilled so fast.
Signed up a few weeks ago trying to take advantage of this opportunity to earn some extra income, then corona happened. The staff at Corporate Housing has kept me up to date on everything thats going.
When I was on my business trip, my company didn't provide me with any kind of accomodation so i had to find on my own. I understood that I would stay in this city no more than a week and decided to search in the internet for a good company which offer the services in the sphere of house/apartment renting. I faced this company and decided to find out how to rent an apartments. They politely explained me all the details and I agreed. Actually, I 'm glad that I faced this company because it seemed to me that I would never find any good option. So, my business trip was successful due to this company.
All I can say is wow! I got laid off a week after I signed up for the program. I want to cancel because I could really use the money. But I stuck with it and had faith. When I started receiving the rental income it was like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. I cant thank you guys enough Thank You Thank You Thank You
I did not sign up but I received a cold call and was transferred to an individual who began to explain the program. I indicated I wanted to log into my account and she kept saying you don't need to it is on the front page. She was insistent and rude. I was skeptical, did not know who she was and needed my questions and skepticism answered. I wanted to look at my account while she talked. I am not sure but think she hung up on me before I was about to do the same. Horrible, horrible sales and customer service. If that is how you treat a potential customer, how will you treat a customer? Again, did not sign up and now would not do so after this experience JSG, Illinois
We apologize for your experience. We would like to look into this matter further for you. Of course we do not want you to share any personal information on this site, but if you could please email us at info@corphousingsys.com with your telephone number the call was on, and the situation that occurred so we can review this situation.
I got a cold call about selling weeks at my timeshare. I got about 4 or 5 requests for ME to look up availability of the resorts. None of the resort and week combos that were requested were available so they weren't even offers. Poor communication and no realistic chance of selling what they were advertising for me. I grilled them up front about their rental rate and they assured me it was high. I do not believe that was true given my experience and low volume of requests. This wasn't cheap and it was a painful, unfruitful experience. I got definite scam vibes from this experience.
I received a cold call today asking me to sell back my 6 weeks with RCI at a cost to me of $399 for each week. In return, I would receive $1200 for each week. The amount that I would receive changed with each person I spoke with and other things they told me just sounded off. I contacted RCI by telephone and they told me that this offer from Corporate Housing Systems was a scam and was a violation of my contract with RCI. If you receive a call from this Corporate Housing Systems, just hang up it is a scam and there is no guarantee you will get your money back.
We understand your concerns, you would be in violation if we were renting your points that you banked over to RCI. We would have been utilizing your getaways, these are the discounted weeks that you issue guest certificates too. We have noted and removed your information from our system and will no longer contact you.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
SCAM! Don't be a sucker like I was. The absolute worst company! I was told this originally that this was a NO RISK, GUARANTEED deal. After paying them thousands of dollars and a year of waiting I seen $0 from them in return. They've only sent six offers, all of which are so specific there is never any availability. I have no control over the situation and I'm stuck accepting the loss of my hard earned money. I called customer service and asked for the person in charge. I was then transferred to a guy named Rodney Douglas. He said there was nothing he could do to help so I asked for his supervisor. He then said "there is NO ONE over me. I then asked, so you're the top guy, CEO, President, etc." He said yes and insisted there was no one higher to speak with.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
THEY ARE A SCAM!
I signed up with Corporate Housing Systems a year ago (Last July). I received a total of four possibilities for rentals. None of them worked. They were all not available nor were there any other availabilities nearby (they ask you to check to see if anything close is open). The only communications with them is when I called to try to find out if there was ANY chance of getting a rental. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
THIS IS A RIPOFF!
The process has been coming along great. Despite everything that is going Corporate Housing Systems has kept me up to speed on everything. Overall great experience so far.
Smooth! Kept me up to speed on everything that was going on with the process. I had doubts going into it, but in the end CHS got it done and it couldn't have came at a better time. Thank You
As Jon F. Reported, I had a very similar experience. Cold call, promises of guaranteed renters, then they hit you with the credit card question. They require a credit card to be taken over the phone before any paperwork can be emailed out, because supposedly there *has* to be a payment authorization on the document. I've never heard of any business operating this way.
It sounds official "enough" to trick innocent people, and the positive "reviews" on this site and others are misleading. When I asked too many questions, they suddenly transferred me to someone brand new, who I guess was supposed to be acting as the supervisor? At that moment I asked for company verification, was encouraged to call back the 888 number and I'd get the same person, yet when I called back the automated system put me on hold a long time and then told me to leave a message. Yeah right... Very scammy, I wouldn't trust them with your money, it'll be the last you see of it.
All the positive reviews here (and on other sites) all sound like they're from robots or employees of CHS. It's the only reason I'm putting this review here, to warn other people who might get duped into this.
We understand your concerns.
But just like when you go to the dealership to purchase a car, they go over what the monthly payments should be, of course you know it always depends on your credit. Once you provide them with what is needed, it is inputted into the system to generate a contract based on your information. You are not locked in to that agreement until you sign it and it is processed, at that point, you then get the keys to your new car. It is the same process with us. We have to input the payment method on file so it can generate on your rental agreement, but nothing is charged until you sign it. The only other negative review was from someone who did not sign up either, again, we understand your skepticism, but you chose not to move forward with us. So based on that information, you do not have an accurate review about our business performance. We have removed your information from our system and you will not be contacted again from us.
If you are looking to make some extra cash Corporate Housing is the way to go. No hassle great customer service team that will keep you updated at all times. Thank you to the team at CHS
Corporate Housing Systems did a great job getting my weeks rented in a timely manner in a way that was easy for someone my age (old) to understand. Great job once again!
We strive to make the process simple and quick. We were happy to help you out and we appreciate the kind words from you Mrs. Rosie!
When I tell you guys this program really works, I mean it! I signed up for 6 weeks, received the rental income for 4 out of the 6 weeks. Best investment!
Took care of my extra week that we banked. We were going to lose the week anyway since we did not have the time to take the vacation this year. Instead we got a return instead of taking a loss.
I received an unsolicited phone call from the company. They gave me a bunch of information regarding renting out my weeks. I thought it sounded good... until an upfront fee was mentioned. This seemed suspicious. I was to provide an upfront fee, with 4-6 weeks at $399 each, totaling $1596 - $2394. I was told that I would make a profit... who doesn't want to make a profit? I looked up the phone number provided, which pointed me to "Ocean Financing." Upon further investigation, the RCI issued a consumer FRAUD ALERT for this very situation.
Renting out your RCI is actually grounds for removal from the program.
"CHS", "corporate housing systems", and "corphousingsys.com" are not listed anywhere on the RCI website. I won't be giving the company any of my money today. When an offer seems too good to be true... it usually is.
BEWARE and always do your research. Call RCI directly with any questions.

We understand your concerns. When you google the customer service number, the first thing that comes up is our company. The second that comes up is the Ocean Financial, but we are not them. We are not listed on the RCI website because we are not associated with RCI. Again, we understand your concerns, your information has been removed from our system.
I purchased 6 weeks and to my surprise I just received my last rental check. It couldnt have came at a better time. Thank you
We are glad to be able to get your weeks rented for you!
Got the call a few months about renting some weeks. I said sure! Not thinking much of it but they really came through for me. Got all the weeks rented and the income. Thanks!
We strive to provide a smooth process. We are happy to have gotten the weeks rented and look forward to handling more for you in the future Mr. Craig!
Got my weeks handled right before my fees were due. What a blessing! At first I was a little nervous but i'm glad I made the right decision.
Answer: Very much feels like a scam. They cold call you and try to convince you to give them your Credit Card over the phone, with promises of Time Share rental income that will come 60-90 days later.
