I bought the CopyTrans Pack to use their backup tool "Shelbee." As soon as I opened the app, it showed a message saying it wasn't compatible and couldn't be used — no backup, nothing. I sent them a screenshot of the error, proving that the app fails to function. Instead of issuing a refund for a non-working product, they: Repeatedly demanded log files just to "prove if I used it or not" (how could I use it if it won't run?) Ignored my proof and refused the refund Blocked me on Facebook when I publicly commented (politely) about the issue Censored my review on their website — it still shows "awaiting approval" while they only display 5-star reviews Their support is robotic and dishonest. They push policy instead of solutions. They promote iOS 26 on social media while refusing to refund users who find the software doesn't support it. This company is not trustworthy. They sell broken tools, hide behind technicalities, and silence anyone who speaks up. If you're thinking of buying CopyTrans, don't. Save yourself the frustration and money.

I bought the program thinking it would work indefinitely, but it turns out I was only purchasing a 2 year license. The program isn't worth buying for only 2 years of use.

Purchased CopyTrans to restore iTunes library from iPod. It almost immediately stopped, claimed there was a corruption problem, that was not evident from typical iPod use, communication with computer, or defragging process, prior to their software use. It then suggested even more software purchases from them to solve the issue(s) that they seemed to cause! All that was missing was some tough looking guy saying, "You got a nice music device here. It would be a shame, if anything were to happen to it." Following all this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their customer service people have only the most basic and obvious suggestions for fixing anything. Then, when those suggestions fail ( as anyone would expect them to), they ignore any requests for refunds with a, "Well, that's just how things go." attitude. Infuriating!

Oh my goodness CopyTrans is amazing!

(CopyTrans is software that helps manage your phone's data, for backing up, restoring, transferring etc. It's an alternative to iTunes.)

The best $30 something dollars I ever spent. (It was on special and you could buy 7 of the apps that come with it, at a great discount. The other app is free.)

It's called CopyTrans Control Centre because when you install it, you have the option to install whichever of its apps you want. (You may not need all of them.)

Each app does something different, incredibly helpful, and brilliant.

Copytrans has recovered permanently deleted images and videos of mine which I thought I had lost forever! I was so relieved that there was a way to get all these precious memories of mine back! The process was a bit long as i needed to recover about 8000+ images/videos but totally worth it. It was a simple process and I am overall satisfied with the service of Copytrans. I'm not one to type out reviews but this one was definitely needed. To all those who are skeptical, fear not!
