I responded to an ad for one of eddie copelands many bussiness names. He gave a quote for handyman services to replace downspouts and carport repair. I agreed. He requested cash, i agreed. I went to the bank within 3 days and called him with cash in hand. He replied that the quote was increased due to 'material cost'. I agreed. The next day he called wanting to install used material. I declined. The next day he called tho increase the quote for the second time due to 'not making enough money'. I declined and told mr. Copeland his services were not needed. What came next was a tidalwave of texts that can not be printed here.
