I contracted with this company to put in a walk in freezer at our ranch. I paid TOP DOLLAR for what was sold as a "nearly new" freezer, with new compressor and condenser. In the beginning, I called the number on the website and got a young man named "Jeremy". He seemed very anxious to take care of my needs and assured me that it would be a "great finished product" He came to the ranch to see the building that I was retrofitting to accommodate the freezer, took measurements and told me to call when I was ready. I had several issues in the retrofit which I communicated in a timely manner which delayed the project nearly 1 month from our initial date. Jeremy called me two days before he was to arrive and told me he was in the middle of a job and could not make it. He was to arrive on a Sunday, which led me to believe he was very motivated and would see the job to completion. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!
He arrived with a cooler box that was at least 30 years old and seeing the concern on my face said something to the effect "don't worry, when I leave here it will be a great end result". One hour later he told me he had forgotten a piece of the freezer and would drive the 4 hour trip to get the piece and drive back to the town near us to spend the night and would start the next day "first thing". That day (a Monday) I texted him at 11 am and asked if there was some issue. I did not hear from him and called and left a message at 5 that afternoon. He returned my call at 6 and said his friend had died the day before and "I was up getting drunk all night and slept all day". He apologized profusely and told me he would be here the following Thursday. He did not. He told me on Friday (the day after he was supposed to return) he could not come till the following Tuesday. He showed up and put the freezer in and returned the next day, and said all was ready to go. It wasn't. I have paid someone else to make it run properly.
At this point neither the worker or the owners will return my call. I have been very patient during this process... It was perhaps the most frustrating business experience in my career.
