I went to this site and attempted to order their eyelid strip product. They stated my credit card was declined. I tried with another card. It again stated my card was declined. I went to Amazon and ordered another product that has already been sent to me. Meanwhile Contours sent me an email with one of my charges. I told them I would not accept and would send back, after explaining that the fault was with their site. I received a bad response basically, that tough luck, "it was too late to cancel" and I should be happy with the purchase (which again, according to their site, I never made). I discovered that both my cards were charged. One for $41.63 and another for $64.19! Yet, I was attempting to order the same product! I disputed both charges and sent the evidence to the credit card companies (thank God I took the screenshots that prove I am telling the truth). HORRIBLE COMPANY AND I CHECKED BBB AND THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I HAVE WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY TIME WITH THIS NONSENSE. SHAME ON THEM AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM.
